Ground floor with parental suite (shower room toilets, small lounge, bedroom and terrace overlooking the garden). The first floor is composed of a very large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room, flat screen television and wifi Internet access) and two terraces, one with a dining area, the other one with a living room solarium. The second bedroom is upstairs. Everything gives the impression of a large sailing boat, easy to live in, everyone can enjoy quietness.
