Cozy Beach Condo on the Ocean *

Just 7 miles south of Vero Beach, and 5 miles north of Fort Pierce sits our Cozy 2BR/2BA beach get a way. Recently completely remodeled in 2018. The beach is just steps away where you can enjoy long quiet walks, shelling,fishing,swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. All necessities are provided to make your stay comfortable such as linens, towels (including beach towels), beach chairs, coolers and sand toys, tennis rackets and boogie boards. All you need to bring is your clothing and personal items and you'll have the home away from home most people dream of.
*Full kitchen, with new appliances, granite counter top, well stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you need.
*Master has a Queen size , Plasma TV ,DVD player and free HBO, Master Bath has walking shower and walking closet.
*The second bedroom has two twin beds beautifully nautically decorated, Plasma TV .
*Second bathroom has shower/tub combo.
*The large plush sofa which converts into a queen size sofabed in the living room also has 42' Plasma TV , DVD player, Wii, and iPOd station.
*Enjoy Free High speed Wi-Fi Internet, Free cable and HBO
*Dinning room sits 4, and 4 at breakfast bar
*Washer and dryer inside unit
*Screen-in patio has a table with 4 chairs. A great place to enjoy lunch or a drink while listening the magical sounds of the ocean.
*Ocean Harbor South(OHS) is a Residential Resort with heated pool, tennis courts, clubhouse with library books, games , 2 gas grills,gazebo, restrooms, outside showers,small fitness center and beautifully landscaped setting, gated community with newly done parking lot.

**Please note the OHS is an exclusive 'Residential Community' and the Condo Association requires an application to be presented for each renter, and $100.00 management fee(Elliott Merrill) non refundable

Very nice condo, upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom were wonderful.
We have never stayed in a condo where so many things were provided by the owners. There were so many really nice towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of dishes and cookware. The owners also provided beach towels and noodles for the pool and beach. Mercedes was great to deal with. It is so nice when everything is right there.

I had the pleasure of being the first guest to stay in the newly remodeled cozy beach condo and absolutely loved it! The sleek kitchen cabinets were stocked with everything I needed to prepare a meal and all of the appliances were new. I loved the tile floors and the decor in the apartment. When Mercy told me all I needed was my bathing suit, she was not exaggerating! The condo had everything I needed for the beach including towels, chairs, cooler, an umbrella and beach toys. The first floor location made unloading groceries and beach access very convenient, and I loved being able to hear the ocean from the screened in patio. The owners were great to work with, quick to answer any questions I had and made dining recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cozy beach condo and am looking forward to going back next year!

Great Location
This very well equipped unit is conveniently located on the first floor with easy access to the pool and the beach. It is also a short drive to Fort Pierce to the south, or Vero Beach to the north. There are numerous activities and restaurants in either community. The condo itself is very comfortable with all the necessities. The unit also has a screened -in patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay and look forward to next year.

What makes this property unique

Unspoiled beaches , tons of activities near by if you want them ,Orlando and its parks 90 min drive north, Palm Beach just hour south, Miami 2hours . Great Shopping 20 min away and great food. But if you love peace and quiet in paradise you found your place.
