The villa is located in the heights with a non obstructed view of the hills. Each evening, you can admire the panoramic sunset from the terrace. The 18 hole golf course is nearby on the hill across and the Issambres thalassatherapy is 5 min away by car. We are at 1.5 km away from the large sandy beach of La Nartelle which is accessible by car or by foot.

Golf: The 18 hole golf course of Sainte-Maxime is less than 1 km away; direct access by the road from the villa on the opposite hill.

    The pool water heating is extra at the beginning of the high season (170€).
  • The villa is available per a 7 day period, from Saturday 4 p.m. to the next Saturday 10 a.m. Welcoming of the holiday makers is personalized. An inventory is done at the beginning and at the end of the stay with person who will welcome you as well as a meter reading for the water and the electricity even if it is included in the fixed price. All this with a smile.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: €1,500.00

A well presented villa in a good position.Within easy reach of sea(by car if not fit!)Garden with BBQ,T.tennis and large pool was great.Villa was very well equipped.Greeting Rep very helpful and pleasant as was the owner. Would certainly recommend to others and consider returning some time.

Wonderful, relaxing and privat garden with superb views. The heated swimming pool is very nice for the beginning of May and the poolhouse is very practical. A car is absolutely neccesary; walking into town is too far with little kids.

Tres confortable maison et tres bon equipement

The best with this house was the garden - very well equipped. Enough sunbeds and chairs for everybody. Also very practical with poolhouse with toilet and shower. Some noise from traffic and not easy to walk into the town, but for our familiy with teenagers it was ok. A bit difficult access with the car to the house - but you get used to it.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We noticed your information and we modified the access to make it easier for the lowest cars. the gate had been automatized. The villa is 1,5 KM far from the town, and there is a pedestrian way all along. We 're used to walk to the town or to the beach without problem. The villa is built in a residential area in an impasse.
