The house is fully insulated. The nearest neighbor is about 100m. It is surrounded by vegetation (Atlantic) on all sides, which run small squirrels (squirrel) and exotic birds perch. It is located on the hill, about 700m or 300m from the beach (depending on the chosen path), by car or on foot. Large living room with 3 rooms, kitchen and terrace with barbecue and networks, with 180-degree views of the sea. Sleeps 10 people in beds. It has a suite plus 2 bedrooms. Not luxurious, but very cozy.

The property is located in the condominium Cachoeiro Sobrado, at Praia do Felix, the Rio-Santos highway, the stretch Ubatuba, Paraty, 15 km from Ubatuba.
