Cape May is one of the few locations in the world where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over two different bodies of water. Our family's condo is conveniently located right across from the beach and a handicap beach access. We are a short walk from fine dining, miniature golf, arcade, shopping, and bike rentals. 1,615 square foot condo. Top floor master bedroom features a balcony facing the ocean and 1 full bathroom and queen-sized bed. Closet in bedroom, dressers and a flat screen TV. Top floor guest room has ocean view, 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser, full bath, flat screen TV and Fire Stick. Third bedroom on lower level has ocean view, one twin size trundle bed, dresser, flat screen TV and DVD player. Large open living room with access to beachfront balcony. Living room has large flat screen smart TV with DVD player. Living room also features a gas burning fireplace. Dining room is open to the living room so the whole family can mingle. Full kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a smaller fridge in the garage that is great for chilling drinks. The half-garage has an outdoor propane BBQ grill. Low beach chairs and high beach chairs are provided for our guests to use as well as some children's beach toys. Mattress and pillow protectors, comforters are provided, sheets and bath and beach towels are NOT included. We recommend Linen Ladies for services.
Please use the outdoor hoses located on the side of the condo to rinse off the sand first. Bike racks are located behind C-building. Free parking is available on the street behind the property (New Jersey Ave). The unit has 1 reserved parking spot and additional parking is available in the reserved spots, also there are no meters on NJ Avenue. Please only use the front of the condo for loading and unloading.
Coming to Cape May for a wedding? This property is great for several couples and located next to The Grand Hotel and other wedding venues in walking distance.
**2019 Please Note there is NEW LODGING TAX for the State of NJ which is now added onto the rental fee, paid by the tenant. This is a State regulation and not the owners doing. Thank your government for that.
