In the early 60's Dr.E.P. Higgins the original owner of this property,a local well known GP, decided to build 2 additions on to his classic 52' trailer. He build a living room,a master bedroom, another bathroom and to complete his weekend getaway, he build a large wrap around deck creating a comfortable and very unique cabin. His most enjoyable moments were sitting on the deck watching sailboats coming into Dayton Harbor while eating peanuts in the shell.
Since that time and change of ownership, this unforgettable 850 sq. foot cabin has been renovated without taking away its original charm.
