Our home was purchased in 2009 and we completely renovated the entire property. We added solid wood floors to four areas (photos reflect) and remolded the kitchen 100% with solid Cherry cabinetry and all new appliance. We added a 5 inch crown molding though out the 3,560 square feet (photos reflect). We added fully retractable glass/wood exterior doors to create a 17' unobstructed opening to the exterior entertainment and pool/jacuzzi area. We installed an extensive entertainment system with surround sound in the Great Room and Master Bedroom. Six new flat screen televisions were purchased and installed in all four bedrooms, master bathroom, and office.

The entire home has Blue Tooth for Internet reception in any area of the home you may wish to view your own computer. Cell phone reception is 100% and this should not be a concern.
We have been fortunate in attracting discriminate clients who wish to reside in a residence similar in quality to their own primary residence. We have summer weather when the rest of America, Canada and Europe are cold. The months of January February and March are prime for the traditional 'snow birds' who flee the cold and come to America's finest weather.

Our luxury home is in the prestigeous development of Montage, located on the corner of 49th Avenue and Madison Avenue. Coachella/Stagecoach are located in the 78 acre (31.56 Hectre) of Empire Polo Fields which begins on the corner of 50th Avenue and Madison Avenue, Our home about 10 minute walk from the music venue. Yes, there are accommodations less expensive elsewhere. This property is for the discriminating client who wants amenities and luxury. If the appropriate applicant is approved during Coachella 1 or 2 or Stage Coach then a courtesy rental for the event will be allowed. All applicants and those attending the festival(s) must be in excess of 30 years of age.
Lucy and I met in Zimbabwe and married at Victoria Falls in 2005. I was on safari and good fortune came my way when I met Lucy. We decided to settle in greater Palm Springs area because of the various sporting activities available. Our home is our primary residence and we now have decided to travel. During the time periods that we are off venturing in the world, we wish to make our quality property available to qualified individuals.

Our home is central to so many annual national and international events. We have listed above the majority of events which primarily are in the months of January, February, March and April. You can easily view other properties in our area of which some are a lesser cost. The majority of those homes are 'vacation rentals' and do not reflect the quality, detail, and general esthetics which our home represents. Ideally, we would entertain an applicant who is interested in the entire winter season. There are many travelers who would desire to come to the Cochella Valley for the entire winter and if so, we would consider this type of arrangement. Regardless, we wish not to view any applicant for less than 1 month rental. The only acception would be the two week period over Christmas. This luxurious home is located in the center of the Coachella Valley and within minutes (walking distance) of the internationally famous Empire Polo Fields. It is minutes to World Class golfing, and unparalleled shopping including the Cabazon's 'Desert Hills Premium Outlets' with over 130 retailers representing the finest labels nationally and internationally. In Palm Desert, retailers have developed El Paseo Shopping District comprising 300+ shops which have been modeled after the famous Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills.
One can envision from the photos that we are prideful of our home. This is our the initial involvement in leasing our luxury home. Many of the furnishing are antique and if you view the various photos you will note the art to be unique. The 'soft furniture' in the Great Room is mainly Ralph Loren and the outdoor furniture is Brown Jordan. The area rugs come from all over the world and the photos generally reflect their esthetics. Three of the rooms of importance have imported Rhodesian Mahogany flooring and the one room has Maple flooring. Throughout the home is a 5' crown molding which is nicely reflected within the photos.
