• When receiving your booking by mail (please, indicate your name and address, your phone number, the period you want, the number of people)I will send you back a contract letter, the home description and an access plan. In order to confirm your booking, you will send me this contract letter with your signature and the deposit account - by credit transfer. This account will be deduced from the renting. The balance will be paid on the day you come.
  On your arrival and departure, an inventory of fixtures will be made.
  All the documents are written in english.
  English is written and read but some difficulties when speaking.
  Since 2010 a tourist tax must be paid (0,55 euros per person since 13 years old per night).
• Rents start from saturday 12 A.M to saturday 10 A.M. But it's sometimes possible to modify the days and hours of your arrival and departure, especially during lower season or periods out of french holidays. Pets are allowed without extra. Guests are responsible for the house cleanliness. But a cleaning service on the last day is available at extra cost.
  You will be received by a friendly and devoted contact. Unfortunately, he can't speak english but he can be supported by english neighbours. Anyway, he will do his best to help you.
• Non-contractual booking deposit: 10% rent
• Damage deposit: €200.00
