This charming 2 story beach cottage is a breezy corner lot that faces the dunes.
Four bedrooms (3 on 1st floor) and 2 baths
First floor bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, 1 on first floor with twin beds.
First floor bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second floor bedroom has a double bed. Also has a family room with seating, wet bar, small refrig, very comfortable futon in sitting room for extra sleeping, flat screen TV-DVD, bathroom with walk-in shower, deck and seating overlooking dunes.
Country eat-in kitchen, table for 6+ , all newer appliances and fully equipped with dishware and cookware, blender, Crockpot, microwave, toaster oven.
A smaller dining room with well stocked china closet adjoins the kitchen.
The living room is large with 3 couches and chairs and a propane fireplace.
A large completely windowed Florida room porch adjoins the living room on one side with casual sitting on one end and dining for 8 on the other end.
A smaller all-windowed porch borders the other side of the living room with a double size futon couch and a dollhouse. Can be used as a fifth bedroom.
Laundry area with newer washer and a dryer.
Hardwood floors and tile thru out the first floor.
Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Two Flat Screen TVs with cable, 2 DVDs, free WiFi Internet. Free phone service.
Large Yard. Outdoor shower, picnic table on patio and propane grill.
Beach entrance through the dunes is just about 150 yards away.
Linens not provided except blankets and kitchen towels. Several linen services available locally.
Ceiling fans in every room, AC upstairs only.
