About this property

Custom Built Home with private yard and beautifully landscaped.

The house is situated on a corner lot and a larger size yard for what is typical in Naushop. Minutes to the pool, paddle and tennis courts along with the bike paths and public transportation. This location is ideal, with the airport, grocery stores and more all within a short distance.

The house has been renovated since it was built in 2001 and has all modern amenities, including a lower level apartment with separate kitchenette, queen bed, bathroom and living quarters for in-laws or au-pair, or a teenager needing space. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor of the house, one king, one queen and one full size bed. There is another bedroom/office on the first floor with twin trundles and a full bathroom.

The beautiful backyard has a stone patio, with sitting area, exterior dining table, sitting chairs an outdoor grill. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a private hedged in yard. Custom landscape by owner, and weekly maintenance of the tall and private hedges, and lawn. Trash pick up weekly. Please see photos.

We are a strict Saturday to Saturday rental property and from mid June through Labor Day, we offer 7 night minimum stays only. Thanks for looking!!!

Good location

Good location to bike to many places and close to airport if you are flying in. Well stocked kitchen and beach chairs. Cute busy neighborhood. A few items were broken when we arrived and owner addressed. I would say that the listing should clearly explain that only two of the upstairs bedroom have AC units while own does not, and the entire basement/in law suite does not have a/c either so may be uncomfortable for in laws. Otherwise a nice stay!!

Great location.

You can’t beat staying in Naushop! It has a pool, tennis courts and pickle ball. The house has a beautiful yard. We had a variety of ages in the house. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a full, which was a bit small for one couple. The room off the kitchen which had a daybed with a trundle was good but you had to walk through that room to get to the backyard patio, unless you used a side door off the kitchen. The step down from that room to the patio was quite big - you really need to pay attention!! so a bit harder for older people. They did have a mini apartment set up in the basement with a private bathroom which was good but it was quite dark down there and hot. They did have a few AC units upstairs and fans. The house was a bit dated with the furniture in comparison to other places we have rented. The owners were quick to respond to any questions!

Room for all!

The house was clean, bright and well appointed! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for extended family. Pool area was very nice and a short walk from house. Basement and one upstairs bedroom do not have a/c.

Beautiful house in a beautiful community!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Naushop is a quiet, safe community with very nice amenities. Our family of adults really enjoyed the home and location. We easily biked to most everything we wanted to do since we weren’t able to secure a car reservation. During a heatwave the guest room without A/C and basement room can get very warm but we used fans and made do. Gina is a great owner and Nantucket resource. The gardens and yard were especially beautiful, far better than a typical rental. We used it as a backdrop for our family photo. Thank you Gina! We would love to return to your home.
