Allan was born in Toronto and grew up in Southern California, Khris is a California native. We have been married for 41 years and have family nearby and plan to retire in the Phoenix area some years from now.

Initially we were attracted to the lakefront view, great landscaping, and the pool & spa overlooking the lake. When we saw the interior, we were sold. The kitchen is great and the open layout was just what we wanted. And the hardwood floors...we couldn't say no.
What makes this house unique
Conveniently located, freeway close but not too close. Plenty of parking, 3-car garage, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The rear patio is shaded from the afternoon sun, great view from the balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants, and activities.
