About Kathy McGuinn
I am a 4th generation native of Asheville. After raising 6 children here in Asheville I decided that it was time let others enjoy the lovely homes that our famliy owns and that I carefully renovated to be an inviting presence. I live and work on the property as I am an RN and a raw vegan chef and have a raw vegan food business and home care business to assist others in having foods to heal their body, mind and spirit.
Kathy McGuinn purchased this house in 2003
Why Kathy McGuinn chose Asheville
It is one of the few that can accommodate 10 to 12 available this close to town that can have over 10 people and with the other suites on the same street it can have over 15 to 16 people.
What makes this house unique
This place is great because you feel you are out in the country side and you are only a mile from the eclectic downtown Asheville area and 3 miles from the Biltmore area.
