Stunning view on the south-west of the swimming pool

Located in the regional nature park of the Causse du Quercy, our house is in the middle of nature, surrounded by oak and pine trees.

It has an overlooking situation on the south-west from which you will be able to; whether you are by the pool, in the shade or in the living room; enjoy a panoramic view of the Causse.

A 4000 m² field to play ball, for swinging, to observe roe deers and their fawns or lay back when the night falls to admire the milky way.

Inside, the warm and colourful space, is very friendly. A 'real' bar, separating the kitchen from the living room allows to share aperitifs between the cookers and their guests. A relaxing moment to discuss, watch a DVD, listen to music in the living room after a pool game on the floor above this one. A moment for yourself in the library, to play electric piano or board games with friends.

Discounted rates for long stay
The rate is indicated for the whole renting and the maximum number of 8 persons (including children). They include the tourist tax.
For a stay equal (or superior) longer to 14 days, a € 100 discount from the 2nd week will be consented.
A extra fee for the renting of sheets and bathroom linen will be asked. Pillow cases, duvets covers and sheets of 140: € 8, of 90: : 6 €, bathroom linen: € 3.
Cleaning must be done by you; a 130 Euro security deposit (corresponding to the price of this service if you do not wish to it yourself) will be asked.
A 30% deposit will be paid upon booking, the balance upon arrival.
The security deposit will be given upon arrival after the inspection of the place and will be given back after the departure inspection.
The rental is for a length of one week minimum. The house is available on Saturday from 4:00 pm and must left on Saturday at 10:00 am.
Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
Damage deposit: €1,000.00

Wooden awnings allow to occult them to preserve your privacy. Upstairs: spacious shower room, white and black draught-board tiled floor. It is equipped with a shower with hydro-massage sprays, with a basin and a WC.

South-west view on the swimming pool. -the children´s bedroom, the twin sister bedroom of the yellow one, smaller and with 2 separate single beds of 90 x 190, a closet. Field view.

Upstairs, a 40 m2 large living area, very bright with American pool, body-building area (press, rower, abdominal table), library and electric piano. 2 bedrooms and shower room. Outside: private swimming pool of 9x6m protected by an officially recognized stone terrace of 90 m² on a flowery knoll. Sun beds and sun umbrellas. Cleaning is realised by our own cares (twice a week). A 4000 m² field with swing. Large wooden table and chairs sheltered under 2 umbrellas. Barbecues. Tables and pine benches under the terrace.
