This remodeled California Ranch Style House is perched in the hills right above the Pacific Ocean. Restaurants, Whole Foods and great shopping are less than 10 min away. We have a stunning contemporary cook's kitchen with an open floor plan. Huge deck overlooking the surf and mountains, ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or intimate dinners. The primary Bedroom with a California king-sized bed with ocean views includes a 4k TV with Apple TV. Second Bedroom with ocean views, queen-sized bed TV, Apple TV, and Bluetooth smart speaker. The third Bedroom also has an ocean view with a queen-sized bed and Bluetooth smart speaker.

All bedrooms open directly out to the ocean and mountain views and include Egyptian Cotton Bedding. Cook's Kitchen with Viking Range and 2 dishwashers for ultimate in entertaining ease. 60 inch Panasonic Plasma TV in living room complete with HULU TV, Apple TV. Wireless Fiber Optic high speed internet access throughout the house.

The property includes ocean view side yard complete with outdoor tables and romantic seating area including hammock, native landscaping, and fruit trees.

For peace of mind, we have our housekeeping staff doubling their efforts to ensure surfaces are cleaned, disinfected, and immaculate before every arrival.

I hate to let the secret out, but…

This is the kind of property you want to keep to yourself. It is everything and more if you enjoy the vibe of Malibu. Property does not disappoint, it is so well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Views, landscaping, location, location, location. As I didn’t want to leave, I can’t wait to come back. Lindsay and Trevor were great hosts. Top 5 VRBO property for me for sure!

We are native Californians who have lived in Malibu for more than 25 years. My husband and I are both artists who love living in this remarkable community. We have decided to make our property available to the discriminating guests who want to experience this unique slice of paradise.

Why they chose this property

After traveling around the world we have come to the realization that there may not be a more beautiful and dynamic place to live.
On our property and looking out at the glorious Pacific Ocean, one feels a million miles from civilization. However, we are in fact close enough be in Santa Monica in 20 minutes, Beverly Hills in 30 and Hollywood and Downtown LA in 40 minutes. You can not find a more relaxing environment in which to enjoy all that Malibu has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the remarkable way the house is oriented on the property, with unobstructed vistas looking at both the sea and the mountains, yet total privacy from all sides. We were knocked out by the way all the rooms fully open out to these majestic vistas.
