That's what we have to offer with our 2 bedroom unit, which is on the middle floor of the 12-unit complex, right on the southern end of Reduit, St. Lucia's best beach and steps away from the water. Just a few feet away is tranquil blue water. A walk up the beach reveals four hotel properties and Spinnakers Restaurant. You may also enjoy a fresh fish meal, local rum punch or beer in a unique atmosphere at Marie's Fish Shack & Cool Beer Bar, at our end of the beach - a popular place for visitors.
The condo is also very well located within easy walking distance to a variety of good restaurants, supermarkets, banks, businesses, two malls, a casino and the nightlife of Rodney Bay Village.
There is certainly no need to rent a car if you do not need to.
Our unit No. 7, has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable veranda to relax on (little birds come to visit us whenever we sit there having breakfast) and a large pool on our level at the back. It has everything that you will need for a most relaxing tropical vacation in an area that offers a little seclusion yet easy walking access to all the action.
The master bedroom has a door to the bathroom while the second bedroom's French door opens to the living area.
There is a bar with fridge, dining table for six, 40 inch TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is simple and functional, has a propane gas stove/oven, microwave and comes with everything that you will need for a comfortable vacation. We also have a washer and dryer.
There are two beach lounge chairs and a large umbrella for your enjoyment on the beach as well as an outdoor BBQ grill.
There is free WiFi, 100 channels of cable television (not that you would want to watch much TV in such an environment) and a cell phone for your use (It is a pre-paid system so simply re-charge it at any of the many outlets in Rodney Bay Village easy walking distance away).
There is a regular driver that we use when we are in St. Lucia and we recommend that you consider him for transfers from and to Hewanorra International Airport at a cost to you, each way. He knows exactly where to take you to the condo.
Our manager, Lorna, who is also a long standing personal friend, will give you a wonderful briefing on behalf of my wife and myself. As a born St. Lucian herself, she will answer all your questions and give you excellent guidance.
So, if you do decide that you wish to stay in our simple yet superbly located apartment, enjoy it to the fullest as we do whenever we can stay there and take back with you memories of our enchanting island that will last forever.

My wife and I are both Saint Lucians who retired in 2004 and returned to Canada to rejoin our family there but we make frequent trips to the island. For the last several years we have leased the property for long term periods (the last long term tenant was there for three years). We have now decided to make it available for vacation rentals so that we or our family may also use it occasionally.

When the building of the property was completed it became a 'no brainer' for us to purchase it because of its unbeatable location on Reduit Beach. We have spent most enjoyable times there between rentals.
The main benefit of our property is its location on Reduit Beach as well as its easy walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops and malls and even a casino.
One does not need to rent a car to have a great time.
We spent one week here in January and highly recommend this condo unit for the following reasons:
- Great location. Less than five minute walk to quiet end of beautiful Reduit Beach, where you will also find world famous Marie's Fish Shack and Beach Bar. Ten minute walk from shopping center with large supermarket, several surrounding restaurants (including great coffee shop that serves breakfast) and tourist activity center for booking tours, etc.
- Very nice, well maintained and clean 2 bedroom apartment, with AC in bedrooms. Nice sitting area with pool at the back for late night swim. Price is surprisingly low considering premium location.
- Extremely attentive service from the interesting and friendly owner, from time of booking to the very prompt return of security deposit at the end of our stay. He followed up with us regularly to make sure all was in order and to answer any questions we might have.
We have many other Caribbean destinations to discover in the future, but if we ever come back to St. Lucia (I am sure we will - the island and its residents are just awesome!) we would start by seeing if this accommodation is available.
Our stay Dec 27th - Jan 4th was more than expected. The condo was more than we expected with the location being perfect for the beach, shopping & dining. The unit is very well equipped for cooking in as well. Roger was happy to help with any questions and also made suggestions for transport, tours, etc. He truly loves St Lucia and wants your stay to be perfect. We would definitely choose this condo again!
A friend and myself spent two weeks at this accommodation which is set literally 2 minutes walk from one of the most stunning white-sand beaches in the Caribbean. The apartment itself suits anywhere from 2 couples or a small family and is fully equipped to make the stay comfortable for a choice of self-catering if preferred. Close by within walking distance is the Rodney Bay shopping centre where there are supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc. Everything needed for the beach is provided which makes it very easy. The pool at the rear is private, warm and amidst pleasant tropical surroundings. The air-conditioned bedrooms makes for pleasant comfort in the high tropical temperatures of usually 35c. We had the most pleasant stay with the confidence of a very enthusiastic and competent manager who makes herself available to her clients. A very recommendable place to stay and make it home from home.
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The Rodney Bay area has everything you need, many restaurants, a mall, grocery stores even a casino. It is the perfect location where you can walk to the large beach in about one minute. We really enjoyed the snorekling there. Roger was great to work with, he answered every question in a timely manner. The condo is furnished with everything that you need. We did not cook in the condo but it appears that it is all there. I used the wi-fi each day to skype and check emails. The complex manager came by everyday and answered any questions we had. She actually met us at a well known location and followed us back to the condo since it was late and already dark (our flight was delayed) and she was afraid that we would not be able to find our way. After that driving around was an easy find. There are a couple of down sides, no elevator and air conditioning only in the bedrooms. Several times there was no water but came back within the hour. Since we were gone most of the time it was only hot when we first walked into the condo then it cooled down and sleeping was OK. There was an umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler in the condo which we used everyday. The beds were both very comfortable. Thank you Roger for allowing us to use your condo. We plan on coming back and hopefully can stay with you again.
A spacious, comfortable apartment fitted out with everything you need. The beautiful water of Reduit beach was just past the end of the driveway. The shops and services of Rodney Bay were also a conveniently easy walk away. Having booked at short notice Roger was extremely helpful and attentive to all the small details of our stay, and going 'above and beyond' ensuring everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived at the airport until the moment we flew out.
A true relaxing experience whilst at the same time having lots to do and places to visit. This is not a standard holiday rental apartment but so obviously the owners beautiful home in paradise! The location is superb...almost on the beach itself and within a stone throws of lots of great restaurants and bars and lots to do. The apartment lacked absolutely nothing and every possible requirement has been thoughtfully considered. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to couples, families with children of all ages...its a true all rounder and we had a fabulous holiday.
One of the biggest attractions is our World Heritage Pitons and the drive-in volcano in Soufriere.
Nearby is the award winning Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens where one may bathe in the warm spring water, in baths once used by French King Louis xiv's troops in the 18th Century.
Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is also located in this area, at the Anse Chastanet Hotel just minutes north of the town of Soufriere.
One of the most rewarding adventures could well be hiking our rain forest or even climbing the Gros Piton.
Yet closer to our condo in the north, Pigeon Point historic ruins and fort is a must see. Revel in its rich history dating back to the famous English Admiral Rodney and learn of his role and St. Lucia's in the great conflict for the New World.
