We tried to save the charm of an old city building and brought some new contemporary features. Refinished hardwood floors, New windows, New Heating and cooling system, Kitchen, dining nook, and bathroom are just few items you will love here.
The apartment is very big (1500 sq feet) and has three private bedrooms, so plenty of room for all family members or co-workers.
$135 per night for 2 people during weekdays (Sunday-Thursday). $10 extra for each additional guest.
$145 per night on the weekends Friday and Saturday.

We admire old charm in these St Louis city buildings, closeness to all the events and attractions. We are glad that St Louis has great neighborhoods like this.
We love to work on old city buildings and bring them back to live. There is so much character and charm in these buildings that you will never find it in new construction. As you know the old saying: 'They don't build anymore like they used to.' :) Please check out our work and hopefully enjoy it.
We will definitely go back. We were immediately impressed with how clean the apartment was. Dmitri answered all questions very quickly and had fresh doughnuts waiting for us. The apartment is bright and had very comfortable beds. Location was close to downtown and the Soulard farmers market. I cannot recommend more highly. When we go back to St Louis this is where I will stay.
My husband, two teenage sons and I stayed at this house last weekend. The location is very convenient - only a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Louis, and the neighborhood is eclectic. We enjoyed walking around the corner to Uncle Bill's pancake house for breakfast. As for the house itself, the bedrooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is accommodating, and the patio is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The host, Dmitri, greeted us on arrival with a box of gourmet donuts, which we enjoyed snacking on all weekend! It's a great place to stay!
Dimitri was MORE than helpful with all of our needs and the place is just as pictured. Everything was super clean and very well kept, in a very comfortable and safe neighborhood close to every part of the city. Couldn't have asked for a better place or more accomodating host.
This unit exudes historical charm, but its modern appliances and ship-shape cleanliness made it feel fresh and new! We brought our baby boy to stay with us, and the adjoining rooms worked well for our family. I felt comfortable with him crawling all over the place! The well-appointed kitchen is a fantastic asset; we enjoyed some great Black Thorn pizza with friends and Uncle Bill's just down the street is a great breakfast spot if you don't want to cook,. Nearby Tower Grove park has a great Farmer's Market in the summer. The unit became a comfortable place for our little group to relax and enjoy each others' company. It was a fantastic home-away-from-home!
We loved our stay here. It's in a good location, super clean and has character. Dmitriy was very helpful and even offered up his membership so that we could have free access to the botanical gardens! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
