This is a very quiet family-oriented neighborhood with lots of small children, where everyone knows one another. It's a perfect retreat for families with kids, extended families or a couple of families looking for an unforgettable get-away. It's not the right fit for younger people looking to hit the clubs or host noisy parties and we unfortunately cannot accommodate any groups in their 20s, proms, bachelor parties or similar parties.

We both grew up on Long Island visiting and enjoying the Hamptons during our childhood. Later during college I waitressed to earn college money and in our young adult lives would rent summer homes with a group of professionals. It was a dream come true to finally own a Hampton house of our own, particularly in Southampton, which we consider to be the best Hampton.
We fell in love with this home the minute we saw it because it is so warm and inviting, with great light, flow and amenities. It is so centrally located to everything the Hamptons offers, yet feels private and remote. Parks and beaches are within walking distance, and Sag Harbor and ocean beaches are a short drive away.
This property has so many unique amenities, from the private, tranquil sunrooms and hammock areas to the communal pool and BBQ areas. It is located near two of the few dog parks in Southampton and in select instances we allow pets, with the addition of a pet deposit.
Since we just purchased the house, literally everything in it is brand new, from the furniture and linens to the kitchen supplies. It is incredibly well appointed and a family would be hard pressed to find something missing that they needed while here.
