If Andorra is known as the Pyrenees country, Grandvalira is a large snow capital. It's the biggest Pirenees ski area with 210 km slopes. Its favoured geographical position assures a snow good quality and a high sunny days rate all long year. Grandvalira is a ski area of european dimension.

Grandvalira is located in the North of the Principality of Andorra, in the borderland with France. This ski area belongs to two of the seven Andorran parishees - Encamp and Canillo - It includes 6 different access, all located along the Orient Valira River - in Encamp (Funicamp), Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa.

Why Michel and Annie Baron chose Encamp

Encamp is, after Canillo, the oldest of seven Andorran parishes.

With its beautiful church with an original Roman bell tower, the town of Encamp is located in the Valley of the oriental Valira, at 1266 m of altitude, in the centre of the Principality. During summer, Encamp is the starting point of many beautiful hikes in the mountains, towards high-altitude lakes.

During winter, Encamp is the starting point of the Funicamp, dazzling and modern cable car giving access to the runs of Grandvalira.

La Lienguadera has been constructed around 2000, on a mountain architecture basis, modern comfortable. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is of very good quality. It is primarily for people who will respect the services and goods we offer.

What makes this apartment unique

We bought our apartment off-plan in 2000.

We fell in love with the beauty of the sites, their accessibility, the variety of the activities from one season to another, the quality of the amenities, a peaceful life and the security of the premises.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, et avec une superbe vue sur Encamp. On peut avoir accès à proximité à des commerces, un parc pour enfants, une piscine, des ballades abordables même pour les débutants ou des grandes randonnées. Nous avons pu prendre le bus facilement, afin de nous rendre à Andorre-la-vieille, pour ne pas se soucier du stationnement en ville. Je recommande cet appartement, situé dans un quartier calme et propre, à toutes les personnes qui ont besoin de l'air pur de la montagne.

Superbe appartement

Merci encore monsieur et madame Baron pour votre accueil chaleureux le jour de notre arrivé. Nous étions vraiment logés comme chez nous. Rien ne manqué à part peut-être 2 chaises de plus (seulement 4 actuellement) pour recevoir des amis à déjeuner (seulement 4 actuellement) et 2 petits transats pliants pour lire sur le balcon. Un tapis absorbant pour mettre devant l'évier de la cuisine et s'était royal.
Mais vraiment bravo pour cette prestation de standing. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Nous reviendrons peut-être mais conseillerons sans hésiter ce logement.

PS : Belle piscine accessible à pieds pour alterner avec les randonnées En Andorre les gents sont de plus charmants et les restaurants peu onéreux.

un site remarquable pour un séjour en Andorre

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement 2 semaines en juillet 2010.Nous y avons trouvé confort,tranquilité,sécurité et bien être. Cette location est à recommander quelque soit le motif ou le but du séjour en Andorre. Nous confirmons que la résidence tout en se situant dans une zone rurale calme,bénéficie également de la proximité de tous les commerces. Ceux qui y viendront une fois,auront inmanquablement envie d'y retourner. Si j'osais, mais je ne le fais pas, je ne conseillerais cet appartement qu'aux gens raisonnables et respectueux des personnes et des biens.

Deux problèmes techniques (dont un le dimanche) résolus téléphoniquement avec efficacité et courtoisie par le propriétaire) A regretter la présence de chiens aboyeurs dans l'immeuble

Owner's Response: Mon locataire fait état de chiens aboyeurs dans l'immeuble. Ceci est un fait tout a fait nouveau que je ne peux que regretter. Dans ces conditions je prends toutes les dispositions pour qu'il soit mis un terme à cette nuisance.
