About this property

This lovely Northside home sits on a small quiet airport with gorgeous views of Mt. Spokane. Just minutes from downtown Spokane, just off Hwy 2 and the North Division Y.

Watch the local planes take off and land from the front yard swing and then end your day watching the sunset on the large back patio while BBQing.

The Large master suite has a queen bed and walk in closet with new carpet. The master bathroom has new flooring, a garden tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Second bathroom is located just off the second bedroom and has a shower/tub and a nice large single vanity. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed with two sets of dressers. A twin bed can be found in a cubby in the laudryroom, perfect for a young child.

This property is close to civilization but feels remote. During your visit you will see wildlife like deer, quail and wild turkeys. Aviator Dreams is a open spaceous floor plan much like the property it sits on.

What ever your needs may be: Bloomsday, College Graduations, Hoopfest, Skiing, Shopping or just a little getaway; this is the place for you.

Aviators Dream Home

Well how to express our delight on a home that spacious has wall to wall carpeting that works well with our 1st grandson, and a rocker chair to comfort the baby. Grandma really appreciated that very much. Not to far from Spokane so would definitely return if home is available for another time. Great furniture and nice fireplace.

Great Family VRBO Experience!

April & Doug, We wanted to say Thank You for the opportunity to stay at your home. Hard to find a place that is big enough for our large family and yours fit the bill. We got to say that it was one of the best VRBO experiences that we have had. Would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future. The airport was a huge bonus.
