All electric kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator and is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots and pans. Loft area has a game table for cards, games, and puzzles. The extensive library is filled with Montana history, including early settlers, cowboys, ranchers and miners, along with books for children. The river that runs in back of the property provides fishing, boating, rafting, and bird watching. Eagles and Osprey can be seen from the porch fishing for trout. Glacier Park is minutes away with the Going To The Sun Highway, a national source of pride, transporting you through the mountains, ending on the East side of the Park, where the great plains begin. Visitors can stop at all of the lodges, some offering boating, golf, swimming and hundreds of miles of hiking. The nearby towns of Kalispell Whitefish and Bigfork offer great shopping and gourmet restaurants. The town of Browning on the East side of the Park has an extensive Indians of the Plains Museum as well as a casino. The North American Indian Days Pow Wow is held in Browning the second weekend in July.
