About this property

Our spacious three bedroom three bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor of the magnificent,24 floor building of Royale Palms. This luxurious condo is attached to the Hilton Myrtle Beach resort, at the Kingston plantation. The plantation is a 145 acres, beautifully landscaped with walking paths and lakes. A Tiki bar is right next to the pool, overlooking the beach. You will love the live band at the pool, during summer. There is direct access to over half a mile of secluded beach. Our condo features a twenty-four-hour security entrance gate. Royal Palms is also connected to an adequately equipped conference center.
If you are a golfer, you will love the renowned golf courses close by. The Grand Strand golf courses have been ranked in ' Golf Digest ' on numerous occasions.
The Royale Palms is in close proximity to so many attractions, namely the Medieval Times, Broadway at the Beach, The Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Barefoot Landing to name a few.
Our non-smoking spacious condo is professionally decorated. It features three beautiful bedrooms, one master bedroom with an ocean view, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 48inch flat-screen TV, a safe, and a fully equipped bathroom. You will love the jet tub in the master bedroom. There are two other bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower tub. All our bedrooms have spacious closets. Our gorgeous Living space has an ocean view, it is elegantly decorated, has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and adorned with some granite countertops. Four cushioned bar stools line our breakfast bar in the kitchen area. Our appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener dishes, and utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Dining Table seats 8 people. We offer free internet.

The Property Manager is very rude!!!

My bridal party stayed at this property for my wedding. The door handle doesnt work. Instead of the property manager replacing, she left the wrong instructions on how to get in. Then when I called her to inform, she was very rude! Even accused me of trying to access her property early. Lol! I had 4 other rooms at other hotels, so that was a joke. I wish I could rate zero stars because that is what Jemima deserved! Zero! Learn how to speak to people. Without demand, you dont have a product!

Short Getaway

My family and I were very impressed and pleased with the condo. We enjoyed the small, sparsely populated pool and short walk to the beach access. The building was centrally located, making it easy to access Hwy 17, 22 and 31. The balcony view was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on it each morning. In addition, the children loved having several snacks and one dinner on it. I will seek out this listing again on our next visit to the Myrtle Beach area.

Nice place!

This condo is very roomy and the layout is great. This being on the 4th floor is great when the elevators are busy so the stairs can be used. There were a few things, mainly to do with upkeep that could be better. We had quite a few light bulbs out, silicone bras stuck on the ceiling, chapstick in the bed, and sheets on the double beds were stained.

Our family first visited Royale Palms in summer of 2010.We fell in love with the place, went back three more times before purchasing our property. This is an absolute must for beach vacationing.
The beach is clean

What makes this property unique

Great attractions such as House of Blues Myrtle Beach. A wonderful place to eat and attend a concert. Tanager Factory outlet center is great for shopping , something any woman would appreciate. Ripley's Aquarium is only 2.9 away from condo.
