Christmas in Lake Havasu

Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.

Best Time

Our rental home was amazingly, cozy and very family friendly. We had the best three days in a long time when we return to Lake Havasu we will make sure to reach out to Russell again.

It was a beautiful cozy home and with everything you needed, the pool is amazing very large shallow area and a sit in bar area, the pool only goes around 8ft deep. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Father and Son owned. We purchased the home for family vacations 6 years ago. We have taken vacations with our family every summer since.
We have 2 sea doos and a 24 ft tritoon. We love going to the lake and river.
When done for the day we all hang out at the heated pool to relax and spend family time together.

We chose this home because it has all the amenities we look for when we are on vacation with our family. We can be on the water in minutes, enjoying the weather and jet skiing. By purchasing this home, we can now enjoy what we like to do anytime we want.
