On 2 separate floors, one-storey villa for privacy: living room with exposed roof structure, equipped open plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathroom and opened terrace on the main floor, and a master suite of 50 sqm with separate access and with bathroom (in option off the months of July and August). All rooms have a sea view, glazed and opened on the surrounding nature and the one-storey garden. Mediterranean lawn and plants. Restaurant, tennis club, sailing club and boat anchorage 300m away.

Various activities available nearby: scuba-diving, foot and horse hikes, fitness. A specialized coach can put you back in shape and essential oils massage in the villa. Available all year long.
