20 acres of oak and mountain oak trees planted on wide ledges in a majestic circus of rocks and cliffs, dominated by the remains of the Château de Chabrière. The property enjoys a particularly soothing, serene and peaceful atmosphere. Little footpaths winding in all directions around the property offer exceptional views over the distant countryside of BollE8ne and its surroundings, the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux mountains. At the front of the house, a grassy garden with rose bay bushes, lavender, santolina and rosemary is bordered by a small oak wood, providing inviting shade for those in search of calm while the children splash around in the swimming pool. All around the pool, flat gravel areas await budding pétanque champions (boules are provided at the property). By the pool, there is a technical equipment room which contains the pool filters, a washing machine, fridge and toilet.

  • The exterior door in the old wall is now only a window. It provides a little light and fresh air. The window on the door can be opened but not the actual door. The third door (in the hallway) opens into the bathroom, decorated with white tiles and orange flower designs. This bathroom contains a sink, shower bath with a thermostatic mixer tap. The fourth door (also in the hallway) gives access to the second bedroom. A little window lets the sun in onto the double bed and its two bedside tables. A built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. The very old door to the left of the staircase is the entrance to the second corridor, with three doors and a staircase. The first door is for the toilet. The second door is the entrance to the second bathroom, brightly decorated with coloured tiles. This bathroom contains a showerbath, a sink and set of shelves.

Notes: The third door leads the way to another bedroom with two single beds. The staircase leads up to the attic dormitory on the second floor. It is divided into two by a cupboard accessible from both sides. There are two beds to the left and two beds to the right. Two of these four beds have pull-out beds underneath; this dormitory can sleep up to six people.

A perfect vacation place - serene and beautiful, yet within a short drive of some exciting tourist attractions. The owner takes excellent care of his property, keeping it in an immaculate state.
