INDEPENDENT new apartment attached to the main house. For 4-5 people, 2 bedrooms, toilet separate from the bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Built in typical Provencal style, the property is spread over 2 acres of closed woodland.

Above the villa on the heights of the land, you will have access to a private pool without visavis 11x5m, offering a quiet and relaxing panorama of Provence. To recap: The pool is private and open only to tenants during the lease period. There is no opposite.

The apartment can be rented all year round.

In summer, enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables grown by the owners, fresh eggs from the henhouse and goat cheese "homemade" with a small herd of five goats.

Golf course nearby and many more walks and places of interest. Excellent access to the coast, Aix en Provence, Nice and Marseille.

Because of its location at the heart of Brignoles VAR, allowing to visit different beautiful places such as the Gorges du Verdon, the callous blackcurrant, Mont Faron, the island of Porquerolles, Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud-, Cotignac ...

We are located 35 minutes from the beaches in Hyères palms ....
