This villa is located in a stunning setting, just 1 km from the Baroque town of Noto . The property has an elevated location that provides a wonderful view of the coastline and the sea. It offers open plan living space, including a spacious lounge/diner and two double bedrooms.The accommodation is characterized by the black antique stone and has been decorated and furnished in a contemporary manner. The living area has two sets of sliding French windows which provide access to the outside veranda but also enable the lounge and bedroom area to benefit from the stunning views of the countryside and the coastline. The modern contemporary bathroom has been equipped with wash basin, toilet, bidet and a very large walk-in shower. The two bedrooms have a one openside which overlook the main living area. The villa has two bathrooms with shower.
