The spacious and very well equipped apartment can comfortably be reached by a lift. The East facing bedroom with balcony has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is equipped with a West facing conservatory and a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is a bathroom with tub and an extraordinary shower room with rain shower. In the living room, you will find a 102 cm LCD TV, PlayStation 3 as multi media device, a sofa-bed (120 x 200), a modern and very well equipped kitchen and adjoining a West facing conservatory. A car can be parked for free on the corresponding underground parking space and bicycles can be stored in the basement. There is a seasonal beach chair for you to use free of charge. Of course, there is an internet connection (wi-fi) and a phone for free of charge local calls. Pets are not allowed. This is a no smoking in the apartment.

The large apartment (106 m²) is located on the first floor of a three-storey-building between Strandallee and Kurpromenade. You do not even have to cross a street to get to the beach, since the Kurpromenade is a traffic-free pedestrian area. The apartment is situated right in the centre and thanks to this you will find a supermarket, various shops, restaurants/cafés, the spa gardens, the Sea Life Centre, the Strandpassage shopping centre, the Timmendorfer Platz, the Seebrücke and the beach within 200 m. The Hansa theme park suitable for all ages is only about 10 km away. The aquapark with saunas Ostsee-Therme can be reached in a walk along the beach (about 1400 m). The beautiful city of Lübeck is only an about 20 min drive away and the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg about 60 min.

    Last minute: If there are only 5 days or less between booking and arrival, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Any booking of 3 nights or more gets free of charge laundry package and any booking of 5 nights or more gets furthermore free of charge final cleaning. If you book at least 7 nights, we will furthermore charge you one night less.
  • The laundry package is made up of bed linen and one hand towel, bath towel and bath mat per person.

    Please bring your own beach towels. The beds will be made at your arrival.

    Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge at request.

  • One of the bathrooms has a bathtub with fold-able shower screen. The second bathroom was newly built in November 2010 and is integrated into the bedroom with conservatory. It can be separated by a glass sliding door and plissé curtains to get some privacy. The ample shower (180 x 90 cm) is equipped with a rain shower system. The differently sized towels are available in 4 different colours to facilitate assigning them to each person.

  • Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and blinds with vertical slats made of dimming material. The bed linen matches the colour of the furnishings and is not just simple standard white cotton linen. Both bedrooms are equipped with real wood parquet and an individual reading lamp for each bed.

Notes: A seasonal beach chair is included in the rental. It is expected to be available on the beach from April 15 to September 15, subject to weather and holidays. Internet and land line flat rate at no extra cost, as long as you do not use charged services. There is also a CD/radio with iPod dock. The conservatory dining room is equipped with comfortable Hülta Now chairs and the balcony with Kettler garden furniture (4 high back chairs and 1 table). A washing machine and a dryer is available for you free of charge. There is an intercom system with video camera on the front door. The exclusive kitchen is equipped with a special pull out fridge for drinks, in addition to the “normal” fridge + oven with integrated microwave + dishwasher + coffee machine + kettle + toaster etc. Cutlery is by WMF. The crockery is matching and is brand quality by Seltmann Weiden.
