Ground floor luxury apartment with wi-fi at Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club in the hills away from the bustle of the coastal strip with distant sea views. The beaches can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Lift from the underground car park opens by the front door. Entrance hall leads to large living and dining area. Two double doors open to the large enclosed terrace and garden overlooking the pool which is ideal for young children. Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a second bathroom . Fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. Air-conditioning/ heating throughout. The 18 hole golf course with driving range, club house, restaurant, gym, squash courts, tennis and paddle tennis is a few minutes walk. Fashionable Puerto Banus with marina, restaurants and designer shops is 10 minutes away; as are the beaches. Picturesque inland towns Ronda, Benahavis and Casares are within easy reach and sophisticated Marbella is 15 minutes drive.

we typically drive from UK via Santander and this is the most southerly point on mainland Europe with the best weather from October to April when we tend to go. The apartment suits us with its large terrace and small garden so we can enjoy fresh air, sun and shade.

Los Arqueros is on the A376 road just a couple of minutes up the hill towards Ronda from the exit off the E-15 motorway. San Pedro de Alcantara is minutes away down towards the coast. San Pedro has a great Thursday market and is full of character around the old square with the beach and promenade a short distance away. San Pedro and Puerto Banus have a wide range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets and English language films are shown at the cinema. The marina at Puerto Banus with its expensive yachts is home to the rich and famous. The Saturday market in Puerto Banus by the bull ring is a must .The picturesque hill town of Benahavis with many restaurants can be reached in 15 minutes by a direct road from Los Arqueros. Plenty of activities for children on site or nearby such as aqua and nature parks and of course the beach.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard for the owner's primary use. The double sofas are supremely comfortable as are the high quality beds. TV reception includes BBC 1, 2 & other cable channels plus Radio1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & Classic FM. Take your Sky card and get everything (except Sky Sports which can be viewed at the club house). The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances & granite work surfaces. The terrace & garden area is 75 sq metres and is equipped with high quality patio furniture comprising dining table and six chairs, easy chairs in a sitting out area and two sun beds. The garden is fenced in so that children are safe. When they are at the pool area parents can either keep an eye on them from our garden and terrace or join them in the sun beds around the pool. The underground parking is directly beneath the apartment and has a lift to the front door.
