The holiday house is situated only a few minutes away from the beach in a quiet residential area in the sought-after residential area of Wilton Manors, the 'Island City'.

Enjoy our beautiful garden with private waterfront pool.

The city centre of Fort Lauderdale is close to the holiday house with its wonderful promenade Las Olas Boulevard, where many exclusive restaurants are waiting for your visit. Several malls and public golf courses are within a few kilometres.

The airport in Fort Lauderdale is at a 15 minute drive away and the famous shopping mile of Sawgrass Mills is just 40 km away and within easy reach.

Fort Lauderdale is located about 40 km to the north of Miami. Orlando and Key West are both accessible in about a 3 hours drive.

Start the day with a fantastic view of the sea and a cup of coffee on our sun terrace by the private pool. You can spend a peaceful holiday in this modern and lovely furnished holiday house near the white palm beach and leave your daily life behind you.

The holiday house offers a lot a space to feel totally well with 2 bedrooms (1 king-size and 1 queen-size bed) and a spacious living room with open plan kitchen.

You are totally free to start the day with a morning swim, spend the afternoon in the turquoise pool or end the day with a barbecue by the pleasant illuminated pool.

Television and Internet are at your disposal.

Enjoy your holiday in our little waterfront paradise in the 'Venice of America'.

Plenty of restaurants and shopping malls are within easy reach. Fort Lauderdale is the ideal starting point for tours to Miami, Naples, Key West and Orlando.

We would be pleased to put our own German speaking guide at your disposal so that you can feel great during your holiday.

We also offer a wedding on the white sandy beach, a massage by a German speaking physiotherapist or private language courses (English/Spanish by a graduate US teacher) for you or your children.

Fantastic house - great holiday

We stayed in the house for 12 days in mid-January and it surpassed our expectations to help us enjoy a brilliant holiday. The house is in a really quiet and secluded location but close to all major road links making it a great base to explore. The house is fantastically well equipped with everything you could possibly need and it is immaculately clean, which helped make it feel like a home from home.

The owner Susanne went out of her way to help us as we booked last-minute and was always prompt with any requests. Bill too was an invaluable source of advice and information on the area.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and hopefully one day we'll be back.

Christmas Vacation

I rented this house for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2010/2011. My flight from London was cancelled due to snow conditions and the owner Susanne graciously offered to change the dates of the rental to accommodate this problem at no extra charge. The house met my expectations. The rooms are all a good size and the accommodation did not disappoint in any way. Susanne's hausmeister Bill went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. I can recommend the house without hesitation. Peter Maddock. London.
