In Nice, in the residential area of Lantern, studio with wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the Baie des Anges. South facing and covered terrace which can be used all year long. Shared swimming pool with sea view. Located in a small luxury apartment building, quiet and planted with trees. The studio is at garden level in a small building with other detached studios and without a second floor. Holiday atmosphere.

Only for very quiet people. Digressive rates from the 2nd week except in peak season. 4 overnight stays minimum except during the summer season when the rental is only on a weekly basis. A vehicle is highly recommended.

Located in Nice, in the residential area of Lantern, hill on the west of the city overlooking the Baie des Anges.

Distance from the sea: 1km away (bird’s eye view), 2.5km away driving.

Distance from the city centre: 6km (environ 10min depending on the traffic)

Distance from the highway access: 3.5km away.

Distance from the airport: 4km away.

Possibilities of getting to the airport by bus but it is highly recommended to have a car. No shops nearby.

Bicycles are not advised because of the narrow and very steep roads.
