In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, a dining table and 5 chairs, a shelf with books and games, a computer with free internet access and cable TV, radio, DVD, CD and video player.

The kitchen offers a table and chairs, fridge, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and gas stove with oven and enough utensils for self-catering.

In the past few years, countless houses were lovely and extensively restored and modernized in the Victoria city so that this area has become a place with its own flair. The restoration work in the Victoria city Lichtenberg borders directly on the Friedrichshain scene with countless cafes, clubs, restaurants, galleries and activities. For those who want rest, it is a few minutes to the Rummelsburger bay, the Alt-Stralau peninsula and to the popular Treptower Park.
