This ground floor apartment is modern, spacious and beautifully furnished with private garden, just a few strides from the nearest pool. Set within an exclusive gated community in the sought-after Santa Ponca area. Fully air-conditioned / central heated. 6 outdoor tropical pools including child-friendly shallow 'walk-in' pools. There is also a 25 metre indoor pool, thus making it a truly all year round location. Set in a peaceful, friendly environment sandwiched between a conservation area and one of the many local golf courses. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of many wonderful places, from the cosmopolitan capital city of Palma to the beautiful port of Andratx - and now with a fabulous new marina only half a mile away.
Golf Trips: The location of the apartment and the local climate make this an ideal location for golf trips right through the year (rather hot mid-summer). There are nearly 20 golf courses on the island - most of which are excellent and many of which are within easy reach from the apartment.

Travel: It is possible to visit the apartment without the use of a car but it is strongly recommended that you hire one. The roads are generally excellent and the signage is clear.
There is an excellent taxi service operating from Santa Ponca - if you wish to access this from the apartment you simply call when you are ready and the taxi is normally waiting for you at the entry gates by the time you walk there. Fares are reasonable and the cars are in good condition.
There is also a good bus service from Santa Ponca - including a service to Palma is you want to visit without the hassle of parking or navigating the busy city.
There is an excellent cycle path running from Adriano (3 mins by bike) which runs for many miles - this path is very wide, separate from the road, well-lit and manicured and used by cyclists and walkers/ joggers alike.
