This ground floor apartment offers 2 large bedrooms and has probably one of the best locations within this luxury complex: the apartment is overlooking the main community pool and the open sea behind. The viewa are just gorgeous! The spacious living room offers a large lounge area infront of the chimney. On the other side is the marble dining table with 4 chairs. From living room you have direct acces to the covered spacious terrace, furnished with outside garden table and lounge furniture to enjoy the views. On the private garden infront are also 2 private sunloungers. From here you have direct access to the pool. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer built-in walldrobes as well an en-suite-bath. The fully equipped wooden kitchen offers also a small breakfast table. The apartment has been furnished very tastefully trhoughout with numerious decorations and would make the perfect family home for anyone looking for an unique destination. Air conditioning and underground parking space!

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Schöner als auf jedem Kreuzfahrtschiff

Bisher dachten wir immer Urlaub auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff ist der schönste Urlaub bis zum 21. 12. 2014 als wir die Wohnung Marakech 11 gesehen haben. Wir waren vom ersten Moment an verliebt in diese Wohnung und ihr grandioser Ausbilick über den Pool über das Meer - bei schönem Wetter bis Marokko. Schöner wie es je Bilder ausdrücken können. Auch die Anlage super gepflegt. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, der Hundestrand liegt genau vor dieser Anlage. Möglichkeiten rechts wie links zum Sparzierengehen oder auch über die Fußgängerbrücke Richtung Landesinnere. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 km mit den Hunden fußläufig zu erreichen. Gastronomie gleich am Strand - zwar etwas teurer - aber nur vielleicht 100 m entfernt. Da die Küche so super eingerichtet ist haben wir fast jeden Abend einen frischen Fisch in die Pfanne gehauen. Einfach traumhaft morgens auf der supertollen Terrasse mit kleinem Garten zu frühstücken. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir werden diese Wohnung und nur diese Wohnung immer wieder anmieten.

Weihnachten und Silvester

Die Anlage La Perla de la Bahia ist schöner als man auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Unmittelbar vor der wunderschönen überdachten Terrasse liegt ein großer, sehr sauberer Pool über den hinweg schaut man auf das Meer. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester dort und es war einfach nur traumhaft, jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick über den Pool auf das Meer. Lokalitäten haben wir nur wenige aufgesucht, da die Küche der Wohnung keine 'Wünsche offen lies. Frischer Fisch und Salate, frischer Orangensaft gab es allabendlich. Unsere Hunde fühlten sich ebenfalls sehr wohl und waren überall willkommen. Außer natürlich in den Lokalen. Direkt vor der Anlage befindet sich der Hundestrand und auch der Sandstrand.

Weihnachten und Silvester werden wir so oft es geht in dieser Anlage verbringen.

Es ist eine traumhafte Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Panorama-Ausblick . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war vor und während des Aufenthaltes hoch professionell. Also eine mehr als perfekte Beteuung.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Anlage

Wir durften 12 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbringen, welche an Komfort keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und in der Tat ganz in marokkanischen Stil! Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach umwerfend, direkt auf die große Pool Anlage mit dem Meer dahinter. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool über den kleinen Garten ist perfekt! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter War ausgesprochen nett! Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die vielen tollen Tipps! Können die Wohnung in jedem Fall nur weiterempfehlen!

Very nice!

We had a great holiday in this apartment with our two little kids and have been very lucky with the warm and sunny weather at the end of October. The direct view from the apartment on the sea and the big pool is lovely. The kids played a lot in the heated pool just a few steps away. The apartment is very well equipped and the covered terrace is very comfortable: the pictures really show what you get. Also very nice are the two beach restaurants on walking distance.
