The house is in a region from which the most famous Croatian wines come. 100 m further you can get directly to the wine growers in their cellar.
The beaches are about 2 km away and are still a small secret tip. From the windows of the house you will have a view of the nature and vineyards. On the surrounding terraces and a roof terrace you will find a lot of space. The house is about 300 m2 large and divided among four floors.
Everything was thought of in this house. Whether you would like to cook in the well-equipped kitchen, on the open fire in the fireplace room or if you would rather be cooked for from a professional of the Dalmatian cuisine. The list of dishes is unlimited. Oysters and other types of clams, all fish dishes. Be surprised by the variety of the Dalmatian cuisine.
Description of the house: The house is about 300 m2 large and divided among four floors.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room.
On the first floor there is a living room, fireplace room, kitchen, WC and a room with a double bed and bathroom.
On the second floor you will find three rooms with three bathrooms.
Two rooms have double beds, one room has two single beds
On the top floor there are multiple guest beds, from the room you can get to the roof terrace.

On Peljesac, wine cultivation and olive oil production are century old traditions. The island has remained preserved, along the streets and the coast you will find small villages and fields on which vegetables are cultivated. Dubrovnik is only 90 km away.
