Description of the house: The house is about 300 m2 large and divided among four floors.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room.

On the first floor there is a living room, fireplace room, kitchen, WC and a room with a double bed and bathroom.

On the second floor you will find three rooms with three bathrooms.

Two rooms have double beds, one room has two single beds

On the top floor there are multiple guest beds, from the room you can get to the roof terrace.

This house is an original. Set up like a home, it offers you all luxuries that you can't enjoy normally while on holiday. Every detail is a true witness to the Dalmatian history. All furniture, walls, carpets come from one of the eras that the house experienced.

It was built in the seventeenth century and was expanded and renovated multiple times.

The location of the house.: The house is in a region from which the most famous Croatian wine 'Plavac' comes. 100 m further you can get directly to the wine growers in their cellar.

The beaches are about 2 km away and are still a secret tip for locals and tourists that travel to the region for years.

From the windows of the house you will have a view of the nature and vineyards. On the surrounding terraces and a roof terrace you will find a lot of space for a cosy morning coffee or a romantic evening under the stars with the sounds of cicadas.

The region is known for salt from Ston and clam cultivation. The water is clear and clean.

On Peljesac, wine cultivation and olive oil production are century old traditions. The island has remained preserved, along the streets and the coast you will find small villages and fields on which vegetables are cultivated. Dubrovnik is only 90 km away.
