This beautiful Pueblo family townhouse in traditional Spanish white village style is located beside Los Naranjos G.C. in a small exclusive secure development. It's many amenities enhance a wonderful sunny Andalusian lifestyle. It has 2 large beautiful swimming pools, tennis, squash courts and a top quality restaurant. The development is beautifully landscaped with cobblestone streets, orange trees, shrubs and fountains, creating a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. The house has spacious family living accommodation with a large dining room/ lounge and separate large well equipped fitted kitchen, hall, guest toilet, cloakroom and internal garage. The lounge looks out onto a lovely private paved patio garden and La Concha mountain. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and spacious balconies, one which enjoys the morning sun and an uninterrupted view of the majestic La Concha, the other captures the afternoon sun overlooking the romantic cobbled street scape.

A major advantage with this property is that it has a private internal garage at ground level. This makes shopping a much easier chore. It also has a door linking the garage to the hallway.

While a car is recommended there are buses available to Puerto Banus and San Pedro within a 15 minute walk from the house. In 2009 a single fare to Puerto Banus cost €1.20.

The patio garden at the rear of the house is totally private and gets sunshine until the afternoon. It is ideal for outdoor dining and is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs to seat 6 and umbrella.

Major shopping centres in the area include El Cortes Ingles in Puerto Banus and La Canada on the Ojen road off the motorway near Marbella. The new IKEA is located beside Malaga airport. There is a vast range of restaurants in the vicinity. Local supermarkets are Mercadona and Open Cor.

OCTOBER BREAK

My girl friends and I spent a wonderful week in this town house last October in a beautiful development. This town house was just perfect for a relaxing break in the sun. For us, the property was ideally located, as it is in a lovely quiet development beside Los Naranjos Golf Club. However, the house is only 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus which has fabulous night life.

We found the owners very helpful and when the washing machine broke down they had it fixed immediately. The house is great, very well equipped, beautiful views and the garage space was also very handy, as public parking spaces are limited.

We sunbathed by the lovely pool, in the private back garden or on one of the balconies. We used the barbeque a lot and we also found reasonable restaurants and bars nearby. We partied most nights in Puerte Banus or Marbella and taxis were reasonable.
A highlight was our trip to Morocco by ferry from Tariffa which was about 2 hours away.
We would highly recommend this property and look forward to going back soon.

GREAT PROPERTY WITH GREAT FACILITIES FOR FAMILY

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks at this property in September last. We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely spacious townhouse which had everything we wanted. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We particularly liked the enclosed garden which was great for our young son. The 2 bbqs and stylish garden furniture were wonderful for evening dining. Also the bedrooms have adjoining balconies with high walls which made it very safe for our toddler so we could enjoy sitting in the sun without worry. The owners were very helpful and had thoughtfully left a welcome pack of food and wine on our arrival.

Los Naranjos Country Club is a beautifully maintained exclusive development with colourful flowers and shrubs everywhere. We loved the 2 swimming pools which are well equipped with sunbeds and our young son spent many hours in the baby pool.

There are many beaches a few minutes drive from the house. San Pedro was our son's favourite and he played for hours with the large play area built like a ship on the beach as well as building sand castles and chasing the waves.

We had many great trips to places like Marbella town, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and Malaga. Highlights for me were a trip to the automotive museum in Malaga which is a must for any car fans, and the Picasso museum , also in Malaga, where we caught an exhibition of Dennis Hopper's photography!

I'd highly recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL ANDALUCÍAN TOWNHOUSE

We had a fantastic holiday in this fabulous traditional Spanish town house. With two spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies and a large patio at the rear of the house (perfect for bbqs and al fresco dining!) - there was plenty of room for the 5 of us on our holiday. There are beautiful marble floors throughout the house and air con in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons with a separate sitting room with satellite TV, DVD player etc.
The grounds of the estate of beautifully maintained, full of flowers and orange trees. We spend lots of time down at one of the two pools, there is also a small pool which is ideal for kids.
Puerto Banus is just a short drive away which has a great night life scene. If you want to avoid the tourist trail down at the port, there are also many traditional Spanish places of interest in Marbella's old town, up the mountains in Ronda, Málaga city - all of which are pretty close by if driving or on the bus.
If you fancy a spot of shopping La Cañada shopping centre is only a 10 min drive away!
The owners are super helpful and really went the extra mile for us on our holiday. They provided us with lots local information on the area, plenty of towels, bed linen, even a set of golf clubs!
We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely return :-)

FABULOUS SPACIOUS TOWNHOUSE

We really enjoyed our stay in Los Naranjos Country Club. This house is very spacious with a separate well equipped kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The garden at the rear of the house is a delight, so private and sunny. I absolutely loved the fact that there are sun terraces off both bedrooms thus insuring sun all day long! The development is immaculately kept and the pool areas and pools are so safe even for small children. I'm delighted to see that you offer a discount to returning visitors as we shall certainly be back in the future.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for taking the time to write a review of your holiday. We are delighted that you loved the house, development and pools. We take great pride in our house which we have continually upgraded over the years. We will be going there ourselves next week to organise the painting of house and steam cleaning it in preparation for the new season. We are also very proud of the immaculately maintained development. Even though there are less than 60 houses we have 3 gardeners employed full time to look after all the gardens, orange trees and shrubs as well as the pools. The gardeners have worked there for many years and they take a friendly and personal interest in the Country Club. One of the biggest advantages of our development is the high level of security including gates and an onsite security guard overnight.

Most of our renters love our secluded and well equipped garden including 2 BBQs. It is particularly useful for families with young children. The pools are frequently praised by our renters who appreciate the beautifully landscaped surroundings and many sun loungers. One pool has a separate kiddies section which is great for young children.

Many people love to return and we are happy to offer them generous discounts. We advise early booking to avoid disappointment.

A RELAXING STAY

Our family stayed in Catherine and Tony's lovely townhouse for a week in August. The accommodation was spacious and well kitted out with everything we needed for the week. To arrive to fresh bread and milk in the fridge was a really nice touch. The Los Naranjos complex was typically Spanish, beautifully laid out and the pool was wonderful. We had hired a car and it was only a five minute drive down into puerto banus. We felt so relaxed in the house that we ate in for four nights out of the seven (which is not like us at all!). On the few nights we did eat out, two of the nights were in an Indian restaurant called Bollywood which is only a two minute drive from where we were staying. If you enjoy Indian food you must try it, but apart from that Catherine and Tony's barbecue did a wonderful job! If you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful location we would highly reccomended Los Naranjos country club, we will be back!

Like all of our previous renters you liked our well kitted out house, beautiful swimming pools and the immaculately manicured gardens in the development.

We refurbished the house this year starting with a new roof, new balcony tiles, new bedroom tiles, new beds, lounge and garden furniture. The house was also painted inside and outside this year so everywhere is gleaming. It is not surprising that everybody loves our spacious, private, secure and relaxing development which is only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Marbella.

You didn't mention if you had eaten in Nermans which is a wonderful restaurant/bar at the entrance to Los Naranjos Country Club. We look forward to visiting Bollywood which is a new restaurant in the area. Most people love to barbecue in the private back garden. It is particularly beautiful at night with the aroma of Jasmine and Dame de Noche shrubs and the sounds of the cicados.

We stayed at this house in August. The location is convenient, 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and the main road, surrounded by villas and golf clubs. There are several food stores nearby so we had a good choice: Mercadona (the cheapest), Opencor, Sol, Hypercor (the widest variety).

The country club consists of town houses built like an old Spanish village – pueblo, there also are small fountains and many orange trees on the territory. It has guarded entrance so that only residents could get in; the small children were riding bicycles inside. So it’s quite safe, though not big. The setting has 2 pools, one is shallower, occupied with kids, the other is deeper but has a padding pool attached. We found this part more tranquil.

The house itself is well maintained, it has everything possible inside, even more. We didn’t have to bring beach towels, the kitchen was packed with food when we arrived (pasta, canned sauces, snacks, tea, jam, good wine, milk, water, etc), the owners have even got 2 trendy yet portable sun loungers, which we could easily put in the car boot and stay comfortably at any beach. One of the rooms had a ceiling fan, so our 3 year old son could have a nap in coolness without risking getting a cold from the air conditioner (which was also available in the same room as well as in the others). One of the rooms on the upper floor faces La Concha, a beautiful mountain framed by palms and other trees in bloom - a truly stunning view, the balcony has table with chairs, where we could drink wine watching how night falls on the surroundings.

On the whole, we could see that the owners thought over how to make our vacation run smooth and easy. I’d say that they did far more than we expected. We were particularly pleased with this warm attitude because this was our first time in this house which we rented just via internet.

Los Naranjos Country Club is a small, exclusive, family friendly, long established development in the heart of Golf Valley. Yet it is only minutes from the towns and beaches of Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro. First class golf courses nearby include Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha and La Quinta. It is only 45 minutes from Malaga airport and the new IKEA. 2 of the best shopping centres on the Costa del Sol are nearby i.e. El Cortes Ingles and La Canada. There are weekly markets in Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro, Coin and Fuengirola. There are wonderful beaches and sea walks nearby such as Victor's Beach which is off the Golden Mile. The marina in Puerto Banus is world famous with its yachts, restaurants and night clubs. By contrast, the Old Town in Marbella exudes charm and history with its Moorish architecture. Marbella also boasts a variety of exclusive shops behind its world famous prom and restaurants. The white towns of Andalucia e.g. Mijas and Ronda are nearby.

  • Each bedroom has a large en suite bathroom comprising of bath, shower, a large vanity unit and matching brightly lit mirror, separate toilet and bidet. The toilet and bidet sections are shielded from the washing area by a sliding door. One bathroom is fully tiled with cream marble and the other with blue/grey marble. Both have heaters, towel rails and plenty of storage. Both have the advantage of good natural light and have fly screens on the windows. The downstairs guest toilet is conveniently located off the hall. The walls are fully tiled in white with a leafy green pattern. The floor is also cream marble continued from the lounge. The window also has the advantage of a fly screen and large fixed mirror over the wash hand basin.

  • Both bedrooms are very spacious, having large built- in wardrobes and storage cupboards. They also have dressing tables and lockers. The a/c heating units are electronically controlled with many settings and easily operated. Each bedroom is also equipped with an effective electric fan. They both have adjoining large bathrooms. Each bedroom is very bright and full advantage is taken of the beautiful surroundings by patio door access to both balconies. One faces east with a beautiful uninterrupted view of La Concha mountain and Los Naranjos Golf Course, getting the sun in the morning. The other is west facing overlooking the beautiful Pueblo style street and gets the afternoon sun. There is a pull-out bedsettee in the lounge which can accommodate 2 persons. A travel cot is also available.

Notes:
TV: Many channels are available. There are golf clubs and tennis rackets available for renters' use. There is a bed settee in the lounge which can sleep 2 and also a large cloakroom and storage area off the hall. There is also access to the large garage from the hall which makes shopping very convenient. There is a very efficient water heating system consisting of 2 separate electrically heated water tanks in the garage. Extra parking is also available at the entrance to the development. Street parking within the development is not allowed. Vehicular access is through an electronic gate. Pedestrian access is also available through a smaller gate using a key. Refuse is collected on week days from the doorstep between 9am and 10 am. There are many large bins outside the development to dispose of week-end refuse.
