The Senhalser Höfe is a holiday complex on 2100 sqm directly on the Mosel shore in the peaceful, historic city centre of Senhals. The direct location on the shore is unique. The spacious park complex with lounge furniture and loungers, the inner courtyards with fountains and lawns on the shores of the Mosel invite you to relax. In the park you will find nice places to retreat. If you are looking for the company of other guests, you can go into the former bull stable. In the bull stable you will find a small bar, a library and the current newspaper. It can also be used as a seminar room for up to 25 people. A projector is available. The Senhalser Höfe house a shared wellness area with a jacuzzi for 6 people and a relaxation room. From here you can look into our olive garden and the surrounding vineyards. Another jacuzzi is exclusively reserved for the old winery. Thus, even a rainy holiday will be an experience.

The garden house is located in the olive garden and is handicap accessible. From the covered veranda you will have a stunning view of the 200-year-old olive trees in the inner courtyard and the surrounding vineyards. You can even reach our parking spaces with a wheelchair. In the park you will find nice places to retreat. If you are looking for the company of other guests, you can go into the bull stable. Here you will find a small bar, a library and the current newspaper. Handicap accessible and on the ground floor, you can reach the jacuzzi through the olive garden. The park with an olive garden, river terraces and the former bull stable, now a seminar room, are available to all guests. If you are looking for the company of our other guests, you have the possibility to mingle in the bull stable. Here you will find a small bar, a library and some newspapers.

Beautiful location, beautiful place.

My husband and I stayed here recently. It was in a beautiful location nestled right by the river with no road in front which is unusual on the Mosel. The accommodation was immaculate and in a very contemporary designer style to a very high standard. The Gartenhaus was a good size for 2 people, with 2 bathrooms and was very well equipped, being given bathrobes is always a very good sign of customer care. The grounds were superbly landscaped, with fantastic olive, lemon and fig trees as well of course as the grape vine garden. There are lovely places to sit and watch the world and river go by while sipping a nice glass of local wine. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the lovely courtyard and views was a very relaxing experience. Norbert and his wife and their staff were incredibly friendly and even lent us their bikes. We also did one of their recommended walks which took us to the top of the slopes and back down through the middle of the vines which was spectacular (Apolloweg). You will not be disappointed with your visit here. We are definitely are planning a return visit.

Wunderschöne Anlage direkt an der Mosel

Wir waren bereits dreimal Gäste in den Senhalser Höfen, weil wir so begeistert von der wunderschönen Anlage und ihren freundlichen Eigentümern sind.
Allle Häuser und Wohnungen haben ihren jeweils ganz individuellen Charme. Sie sind besonders liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet worden. Aus vielen Zimmern hat man einen direkten Blick auf die Mosel.
Die technische Ausstattung ist einfach perfekt. Hier kann man sehr, sehr komfortabel Urlaub machen.
Im großen Garten, mit Sonnenliegen, Sofas und Sesseln gemütlich ausgestattet, lässt es sich gut entspannen, während man den vorbei schippernden Schiffen und Booten nachschaut und den ersten Kaffee oder Wein aus dem Bullenstall genießt.
Wir kommen wieder!

Abschalten, Loslassen, Genießen!

Um es kurz zu machen: Wer einfach mal richtig entspannen will ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben das Wochenende in den Senhalser Höfe sehr genossen. Selten so wohl gefühlt. Ganz vernab vom Großstadtdschungel ist hier ein Ort geschaffen worden, an dem man wirklich abschalten kann. Sehr schön klar und zurückhaltend luxuriös eingerichtete Appartments, Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Mosel, alles umgeben von traumhafter Natur.

Wir haben die schon guten Gewissens Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Mitten im Olivengarten

Inmitten des Olivengartens der Senhalser Höfe steht das Gartenhaus, ein Kleinod für 2 Personen. Brunnen, alter Bullenstall und uralte Olivenbäume und duftende Blumenrabatten umgeben diese abgeschlossene Wohneinheit für zwei Personen, der es an nichts fehlt. Ein großer Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit bodentiefen Schiebefenstern zum Garten hin, ein geräumiger Schlafbereich mit wirklich bequemen Betten (die sowohl als Einzel- wie als Doppelbett genutzt werden können) und zwei große geschmackvolle Bäder. Das Gartenhaus ist ebenerdig und eignet sich sehr gut für Menschen, denen das Treppensteigen zu beschwerlich oder gar unmöglich geworden ist. Eines der beiden Bäder ist behindertengerecht ausgebaut worden (aber endlich mal ästhetisch geschmackvoll und in keinster Weise an ein Krankenhaus erinnernd - ganz im Gegenteil). Das Gartenhaus verfügt über eine eigene überdachte Terrasse, die zum Verweilenl einlädt. Das sanfte Plätschern des Brunnens lässt einen alle Sorgen schnell vergessen und schafft eine Stimmung wie in einem kleinen Ort am Mittelmeer. Die Bewohner des Gartenhauses können das im Nachbarhaus, eingebaute Jacuzzi im Erdgeschoss nutzen und von dort aus ebenfalls den tollen Blick in den Olivengarten genießen.
Vom Olivengarten aus sind es nur wenige Meter zum Flussufer und den ebenfalls zu den Senhalser Höfen gehörenden Flussterrassen mit superbequemen Sitzmöbeln und Liegestühlen, Der alte Bullenstall vis a vis ist ein ganz wunderbarer Aufenthaltsoft, sollte es mal regnen.
Wer mal ein langes Wochenende oder länger ungestört zu zweit oder auch allein entspannen will, der ist hier richtig.

Jedes Detail im Innenraum stimmt: Von der geschmackvollen Bettwäsche, zu den liebevoll ausgesuchten Küchenutensilien, Farbgebung, Beleuchtung und viele kleine Details schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Ein Aufenthalt in den Senhalser Höfen ist - gleich welches der angebotenen Ferienwohnungen man wählt - Balsam für die Seele und ein Ort zum Auftanken neuer Energien.

Here you are in the 'Cochem-Zell holiday land' in the Calmont region with the steepest vineyard in Europe through which a spectacular climbing route leads and the kites start from here. You can discover temple and excavation sites following the traces of the Romans. Golf in the Ediger-Eller golf resort, for those who enjoy climbing you will find a high-rope garden. From our house you can hike directly along the Mosel on a peaceful cycling and hiking path. A tennis court is on site; you can go fishing in the Mosel. From our marina you can go on the lake with the steamboat or your own boat. In the neighbouring city you will find a small, nice public pool in the middle of vineyards for all people who love water; a water park in Cochem. Attractive excursions to Trier with the historic old city and the volcanic areas of the Eifel are possible. Festivities dealing with wine can be found from May to October everywhere along the Mosel.
