Well-equipped cottage, comfortable and quiet. 600 m away from all the shops and free Internet access, beach fishing in ponds, rivers and lakes, foot or bike hikes. Villereal is in the region of fortified villages and medieval cities, between the Perigord Pourpre and the Perigord Noir. Between the valley of Dropt and the Dordogne, our region has beautiful jewels of national heritage. Medieval abbeys, castles, churches, fortified villages, Bergerac and its wines, Sarlat, Cahors, etc. Old stones lovers, discover our medieval villages, sail down the Dordogne River on barges. A medieval heritage to be discovered! The heating is an extra-fee. From our cottages, visit Monpazier, Monflanquin, Issigeac, Pujols near Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Penne d'Agenais, Bergerac and its vineyards, Monbazillac, Cahors, Sarlat and all the surrounding castles, the markets full of regional products (fruits, seasonal vegetables of the local producers, with Cep mushrooms, Foie Gras, and Tourtieres).

    Animals are accepted (1 per stay). During the winter period, the heating is an extra-fee following a fixed rate (contact the owner). You can ask to rent the sheets (linen for a bed: € 6.50) or the bath linen or the complete house linen. You can also ask for the final cleaning of €46. Rental for several weeks: discount on the price depending on the rental period. In winter, spring, and autumn, we accept weekend rentals (3 days) and monthly rentals (ask the owner for the rates).
  • In the peak season period, arrival has to be done on Saturday at 2.00 pm and the departure takes place at 10.00 am on Saturday. Off season, we adapt ourselves to your wishes with variable days of arrival and departure following your wishes and our availability.
    Outside July and August, we rent for the weekend (3 or 4 days) for long weekends, school holidays or other events. In wintertime, we can also accept monthly rental with a very low rate, the heating is electrical and the living room has a fireplace, very enjoyable after your walks in the region. The end-of-year festivities are a moment to gather in family or friends in our cottages, ask us all our possibilities for these periods. Villereal is a fortified village, animated all year long by shops, therefore you will always find an activity or an animation during your stay in our cottage. Our markets on every Saturdays, sport associations or other activities make it a very friendly place, enjoyed by everyone.

  • A restroom will allow you to be at ease depending on the number of persons in your family. It has a basin where you can put your belongings, shelves for the storage of 6 persons, a shower with glass screen, and a bidet. Window with a view of the private garden. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater.

  • 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 cot. The cottage has a number of room corresponding to the number of sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor, a bedroom that can be occupied by disabled persons. It has a 140 cm bed and a large storage closet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of character with an exposed pegged roof structure, one has a bed of 140 and the other one has 2 beds of 90. All the bedrooms have double-glazing openings and a view of the countryside with cereals fields, in the distance, the churches of Villereal and Rives. The tranquillity of these bedrooms is an asset for resting and we have a very recent and good quality bedding. There are some mattress protectors, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads. You can bring your own sheets, pillowcases and bolstercases or you can rent the bed linen for € 6.50 per bed.

Notes: All our cottages are completely equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, television with DTT, DVD player, and all the crockery and household equipment for 6 persons. The living room has a relaxation area near the fireplace (we can provide wood in winter). In the outdoor, a closed and private garden will welcome you to take your meals: garden furniture (table and chairs), barbecue, sun umbrella, to rest: deck chairs on the lawn. Trash containers allow you to recycle.
