About this property

Private pool, two bathrooms, large garden, terrace with awning - Casa Vicky -

luxurious house for 8-10 persons, with large private pool and suptropical garden, with extra guesthouse at the pool and barbecue-aerea de luxe, some 5-10min from the beaches. This luxurious villa is situated in Llano de las Maravillas, between Chiclana and Conil – very near to the golf course of Campano.
The main house (190m2) has 4 bedrooms, 2 with boudble-beds and 2 with each 2 single-beds. 3 bedrooms are airconditioned
2 bathrooms, with tub and with shower and another bathroom outside the house (near the pool) and with shower.
A complete kitchen with dish-washer, two fridges, microwave, baking oven etc.
A living room with air-conditioning, couches, dining-table with chairs, fireplace, TV (SAT TV on request).
Outside you have a porche with outdoor-kitchen and barbecue and sun-loungers and a outdoor shower.
The guest house (abt.60m2) near the pool is decorated in Moroccon style and has a fantastic porche with cozy rattan chairs – with a superb view on the large pool (60m2). Inside there is an air conditioned room with sofa (can be converted into a bed) and other nice furniture. It has its own bathroom.
The whole plot of 3.300m2 is well kept and offers parking space for 4 cars.
Also the golf course of Novo Sancti Petri is withing 5-10min by car, where you find many restaurants, bars and precious beaches.

Villa in Campano

This is a typical Spanish family villa, internally and externally. The outside facilities were great, including covered barbecue area+seating, the pool house+seating, the pool and the large gardens. The inside of the villa had many adornments and decorations in a traditional manner. There was no WiFi, as previously informed, and tv was Spanish channels only. This was probably good for us as we could get away from all of the current issues and concerns. The photos on the Home Away web site were somewhat out of date as noted by the vegetation then and now, but not an issue for us. We were very happy with our stay and also the owner of the property, who was friendly and informative. We enjoyed a very relaxing time there.

Villa Vicky ist eine...

Villa Vicky ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Grundstück mit Pool ist groß, super gepflegt, mit vielen Plätzen zum Sitzen, wunderschöne Palmen und anderen Pflanzen, tollem Pool mit ausreichender Tiefe zum Schwimmen.. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.. Zimmer und Bäder gepflegt. Ideal für große Familie. Zum Meer und zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto.
