Unique frontline beach property to let! This penthouse offers a lot of space on over 170m² plus 50m² terraces. Unique fabrics, chosen colors and decorations create an unforgettable atmosphere. On the lower level there is the spacious living room with fireplace and frontal sea views. The fully equipped American kitchen is just beside the separate dining room. The covered terrace in front of living and dining room is spacious and fully furnished with garden and lounge furnishings. On this level are also 2 bedrooms, each en-suite, and one guest toilet. Steps are leading on to the upper floor where the master suite is located. This exceptional spacious room has its private dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom. In front of the living room there is the invisible roof terrace with private sunloungers and all day sun! need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    In the period of 14.July - 25.August 2012 there is a minimum stay of 2 weeks required with arrival/ departure on a Saturday!

    WINTERSPECIALS: Winter long term rates from 01.Dec.2011 - 30.March 2012 apply for bookings with a minimum stay of 1 month (30 nights)!; if shorter duration higher rates will apply!

    Cancellations:

    Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling, under floor heating in all bathrooms and a separate covered balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. The property has 2 floors with the master bedroom on top with the roof terrace. In each apartment you will further find washing machine and tumble dryer. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Galera have the opportunity to use 2 swimming pools in total. Beside of each of the pools are several sun beds. The nearest beach bar offering a wide range of beverages and food is in walking distance.

Our part of 4 adults and 2 teenage girls found the accommodation to be first class, well maintained, clean and with plenty of room for all of us to relax, each room and bedroom to be furnished to a very high standard ! The balcony was a favourite place for us all to spend our evenings as a family relaxing with a BBQ and enjoying the seaview. 5 out of 5.

The complex itself is private and quiet, the girls especially enjoyed the pools ! The beach is also private and never over crowded although the mass of jelly fish stopped us spending more time in the sea. The beach bar is a perfect place to escape the heat of the sun for a drink or a bite to eat.

Location 3 out of 5 as a car is essential for a family for shopping and exploring the coast although the nearest town of Sabinillas is only a few minutes away or a 30 minute stroll along the coastal paths where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants with enough cuisines to cater for any tastes, our favourite was El Estribo Steak house, the food is just superb !

Overall we would highly recommend families staying at PENTHOUSE LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 8, the accomodation as it is fantastic for getting away from it all !
