Welcome to Finca Los Pinos, a paradise retreat located on a picturesque hill about 6 kilometers outside Sineu. Sineu is a charming village in the heart of Mallorca, known for its traditional atmosphere and vibrant culture. Our finca is a place of peace and quiet and at the same time offers you a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. From the refreshing pool, your view extends to the majestic Tramuntana Mountains, which dominate the island's picturesque hinterland.

Finca Los Pinos is a truly private retreat where you have sole use of the house, the entire property and the pool.You can fully enjoy the privacy and be inspired by the picturesque surroundings. Several terraces, including a covered one, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, offer you numerous idyllic places to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

At the pool, which measures 6x3 meters, you will find a spacious lawn where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun to the fullest. For outdoor culinary adventures, a brick barbecue area is available where you can prepare delicious dishes while enjoying the warm evening.

The main house is a lovingly furnished, free-standing building that is wonderfully bright thanks to its many windows and patio doors.The larger bedroom has spacious built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom en suite, offering you the highest level of comfort. In the cozy living room you will find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and German satellite television for your entertainment. The open, modern kitchen is inviting and comfortably equipped, including a dishwasher, a spacious fridge-freezer, a stove with oven and a washing machine.

We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we are happy to provide towels for the kitchen, bathrooms, pool and beach areas. Upon request, we can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge to make your stay even more pleasant.

Freiheit pur

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Finca Los Pinos verbringen zu dürfen und sind erneut hellauf begeistert: von der exklusiven Lage mit Panoramablick, von der tollen und gepflegten Anlage, von der hellen, freundlichen Ausstrahlung und der praktischen Aufteilung des Hauses, von der großen Terrasse und dem herrlichen Pool. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben wird und das Wohl des Gastes im Vordergrund steht.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Finca in traumhafter Lage. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Sternschnuppen.

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 13 & 16 ) haben uns sehr wohl in "Los Pinos" gefühlt. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank warteten kalte Getränke, die nötigsten Dinge wie z. B. Spüli, Müllbeutel,Toilettenpapier oder Olivenöl und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß & man hat einen traumhaften Blick in die Ebene & auf das Tramuntana mit sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Genügend Schattenplätze sind rund um die Finca ausreichend vorhanden. Schöne, kinderfreundliche Strände sind in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar ( zB. Platja di Muro ). Der Kontakt und die Übergabe des Anwesens waren unkompliziert & sehr freundlich, in deutscher Sprache. Wir persönlich empfanden das Gebimmel der Schafe eher romantisch als störend, das gelegentliche Anspringen des Generators kaum wahrnehmbar, das " Windrad " als keiner Rede wert, die Zufahrt zur Finca als absolut normal, wenn man eine abgelegene Finca sucht & bucht. Lediglich die winzigen Moskitos, schon ab 19:00 Uhr, nervten etwas. Doch mit Autan und Mückenspirale kann man auch ohne Stiche bis in die Nacht Sternschnuppen zählen und unter den Moskitonetzen ist man im Schlaf ja sowieso geschützt. Da wir schon häufiger in dieser Gegend Urlaub gemacht haben & noch nie Probleme mit Mücken hatten , vermuten wir, dass das stehende Wasser in den Unterröpfen der Blumenkübel die Brutstätte sein könnte. Vielleicht macht es Sinn, da ja eine tägliche automatische Bewässerung stattfindet, auf die Untertöpfe ganz zu verzichten, oder die Bewässerungszeit zu verkürzen. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns hervorragend erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub auf dem Land

Unser Urlaub im Mai 2016 auf dieser Finca war rund herum gelungen. Es war alles da, die Finca ist komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber- wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Betreuung durch Immobilien Sineu war sehr gut, sämtliche Anfragen wurden prompt und freundlich erledigt. Einziger Wemutstropfen für uns: anders als auf den Fotos wurden die schattengebenden Bäume am Pool / Garten deutlich gekappt, so dass natürlicher Schatten an heißen Tagen auf der Liege direkt am Pool vermisst wurde. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns hier wohl und kommen gerne für ruhige und erholsame Tage wieder.

Traumhaft

Traumhafte Finca, sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Ausstattung, es fehlt einfach an nichts, egal was man sich vorstellen kann, es ist alles da. Einziger Wermutstropfen, ein Pool der um diese Jahreszeit einfach zu kalt ist (14 Grad) und die Bäume eine Sonneneinstrahlung nicht zulassen.

Schöne, ruhige Finca mit tollem Ausblick

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie die Übergabe der Finca hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Finca an sich ist wunderschön. Ich habe schon viele Fincas auf Mallorca angemietet, aber keine war bislang in einem derart gepflegten Allgemeinzustand. Sowohl die Inneneinrichtung als auch die Gartenanlage. Sehr stabiles und ausreichend schnelles WLAN, IPod-Soundstation, top ausgestattete Küche, Weber-Gasgrill, alles war da und funktionierte. Man merkt deutlich, dass diese Finca vom Eigentümer auch selbst bewohnt wird/wurde und nicht ausschließlich als Wirtschaftsobjekt zur Ferienvermietung genutzt wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist vorbildlich. Eine ausreichende Grundausstattung ist vorhanden (Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Spüli etc.). Am besten gefallen hat uns die große, umlaufende Terrasse mit den schönen Rattanmöbeln und ihrer Nähe zum Pool. Der Ausblick bei einem Glas Wein ist wirklich grandios. Die Probleme der anderen Mieter können wir nur eingeschränkt bestätigen. Tiere waren während unseres Aufenthalts keine anzutreffen (einmal kam kurz eine Katze die aber schnell verschwand). Das Thema Mücken ist natürlich auf dem Land bzw. generell auf Mallorca immer problematisch, aber mit den Moskitonetzen über den Betten haben wir sehr gut und ohne Stiche geschlafen. Die Auffahrt zur Finca ist in der Tat etwas holprig. An einer Stelle musste man schon sehr aufpassen, damit das Auto nicht aufsetzt. Hier sollte der Vermieter vielleicht von Zeit zu Zeit die größeren Steine von der Fahrbahn entfernen bzw. abschleifen lassen/ausgraben o.ä. Das Windrad ist zwar zu sehen, jedoch stört dieses keinesfalls (egal von wo der Wind kommt). Da die Finca von einem Generator und einer Photovoltaikanlage betrieben wird sind Generatorgeräusche natürlich vorhanden. Tagsüber eigentlich kaum, aber abends schaltet der Generator sich das ein oder andere Mal zu. Dies hat uns zwar nicht sonderlich gestört, es ist aber wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt. Wir können die Finca daher sehr empfehlen.
