We are letting our tastefully furnished frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface and offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with terrace, a guest toilet and the partly covered main terrace with over 50m². Listen to the sea and enjoy the views. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms with single beds sharing a shower room on the landing. The beachside bedrooms offer panoramic seaviews and have a third terrace infront. On top of the property is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. If you are searching for a luxury ambience with direct access to the beach, large community pool and a private paddle tennis court, this is your place!

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Coming from a chilly first half of the year we had set our minds to a sunny and comfortable vacation in Spain with all amenities that make a vacation a good one. We were not disappointed. There was a amazing amount of information by the owner upfront that made adjusting very easy. The apartment was great, spacious, comfortable and a beach front setting that is hard to beat with great views. Underground parking space that kept the car cool and clean. Nice pool, good wireless Internet for working and entertainment, many sites to see and places to go in the neighborhood and most importantly; we had beautiful weather.
No minusses? Well; not really, maybe that the car is a necessity to get around. Absolutely recommendable.

A lovely stay at the Costa del Sol

The appartment has a very beatifull view over the Miditerenean Sea.
It is a large appartment with lots of space to live and sleep and with different balconies. Whe enjoyed our stay very much. We had breakfast on the upper balcony with a amazing view over the sea.
The appartment was absolutely clean and well maintained. A question about the working of the internet was very quickly anserwed and the small omission was repaired immidiately.
We can recommend this appartment for a beautiful stay at the Costa del Sol

Magnificent seaviews and lots of relax

Bom apartamento, prático e agradável, sem luxos mas dispondo de tudo o que é necessário para umas óptimas férias. Excelente o ambiente no terraço principal, para todas as refeições, e momentos de serenidade sobre o mediterrâneo. Próximo de Gibraltar e de Marbella. Também apreciámos a facilidade com que se vai à praia para ficar algum tempo ou só para dar um mergulho. Como aspecto menos positivo, salientamos a falta de qualquer tipo de comércio ou animação atingíveis a pé, sendo necessário utilizar o carro todos os dias, embora esteja disponível todo o tipo de comércio e serviços num raio de 5km (aprox.). Vamos voltar.

Grandiose Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist so schön, wie abgebildet. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man benötigt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Balkon bzw. Terrassenzugang. Selbst die Küche hatte einen überdachten Balkon. Wir haben die Wohnung in sehr sauberem Zustand angetroffen. Grandios sind die Terrassen mit 180 Grad Rundumblick und wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen (übrigens auch mit Sonnenliegen). Der Pool war sehr sauber, erfrischend; wir haben ihn nach unseren Ausflügen sehr genossen (meistens war außer uns niemand da). Es gab auch in diesem Bereich Sonnenliegen. Praktisch auch der Tiefgaragenplatz. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war professionell, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben vorab ausreichend Informationen zur Anreise, zu Restaurants, Supermärkten, Ärzten, etc. erhalten. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Kontakt vor Ort war auch super und sehr freundlich. Auch das Auschecken war unkompliziert.
Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir haben von dort aus tolle Ausflüge unternommen: Alhambra, Malaga, Gibraltar, Tarifa, weiße Dörfer, etc. Besonders empfehlen möchten wir die römischen Bäder ganz in der Nähe aber nicht leicht zu finden, am besten im Touristenbüro nachfragen. Außerdem unbedingt sehenswert der riesige Trödelmarkt sonntags bei schönem Wetter (bis 14:00). Hierzu Richtung Lidl fahren und die unscheinbare Landstraße nehmen. Nach ca. 2 km. Ist ein großer Parkplatz mit Einweisern.
Als Supermarkt hat uns am besten der Mercadona (Richtung Estepona) gefallen. Sehr sauber und mit großer Obst- und Gemüseabteilung. Aber auch die Fleisch/Wursttheke im Lidl (Richtung Süden) ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen und selbst Anfang Oktober war es noch wunderbar warm. Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen und wenn es uns mal wieder in die Gegend verschlägt, dann gerne wieder ins Bermuda Beach Nr. 4.

Abseits gelegenes Feriendomizil in Hanglage

Für ruhebedürftige geeignete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Whirlpool. Aber leider keine offene Terrasse zum Sonnen mit Liegen vorhanden. Kein Satelitten-Fernsehen.
Wenig geeignetes Kochgeschirr. Keine
Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum wechseln;
man muss waschen. Schön die Parkgarage.
Cala de Mijas ist hat nur einen kleinen Ortskern, den man in ca. 20 Min nur durch Überquerung von Brücken die über die Autostrassen führen, erreicht.
Zu benutzende Fahrräder sind nicht geländetauglich; keine Gangschaltung und Rückbremsen vorhanden. Daher wenig Fahrmöglichkeit; nur am Rand der Autostrassen am Wasser entlang. Dort ist jedoch keine Einkehrmöglichkeiten etc.vorhanden.

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away.

Golf: The region around Marbella is well known for its abundance of golf courses! That’s the reason why the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona is named Costa del Golf. Every golfer will find the convenient place for his game under 100 offered golf courses!
