Our holiday home sports an 11 mt. long balcony with view to the Alps and is located in a quiet street overlooking the Hausberg.

If you are looking for an absolute quiet home to relax, then you are looking for the right place here.

The following main locations at Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be reached within a 5 minutes or less walk: pedestrian zone, main train station, Zugspitz station which takes you to the Zugspitze, the olympic stadium. Our holiday home is located on the 2 floor and is oriented to the South, so that you get a view to the Alps. There is a living room with a couch set, 2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed, a fully set up kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Outside parking is provided, as well as wireless Internet for your use.

Ideal for non smokers. No animals, please.
