Beautifully furnished spacious apartment in a prize winning Andalucian styled compound, 3 minutes from the BEACH and a 10 minute walk to the “hustle and bustle” of the MARINA PORT area, which hosts all possible amenities. The complex is enclosed and safe and has one supermarket and a few shops. There is a choice of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. And to the side of the complex there is the well known park called “La Paloma”. The apartment itself is located in quite area zone just off the PROMENADE superb location for public transport, bus stop, and tourist mini-train and also very easy to find from the airport, only 15 minutes away. There is one spacious bedroom with two twin beds, & 1 bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen has everything you need. It comfortably accommodates 4 people by using the super sofa bed in the living room, also with two armchairs. There is an underground car park for one car. It is tastefully decorated in a light country style. The swiming poll has been completely renewed . We also have added an elevator for easy access although the complex is 2 floors building.
Location in front of the beach but in the town.: The apartment is completely painted this year and we have done up completely the bathroom. We have installed a new elevator for our entrance, staircase 5. (only two floor building)
The location of the apartment is very close to the beach, in a secure and quiet complex. Although it is facing the sea it's located in the town, so is easy to access to all kind of entertainment, shopping areas, restaurants of all kind of food. Just outside the complex there are two supermarkets, and in the end of Paloma Park there is also another supermarket, that has home service delivery.
It is also 10 minutes walking of a Art Museum, and full of Turist Agencies and rent a car companies if you choose to go for short trips like, Granada, Malaga city, Marbella, etc.
Train Station: You could take the train to come from the airport, it 15 minutes walking to the apartment or a few minutes if you take a taxi from the train station.
You could also take the train to go to Malaga or other close cities.
La Marina, Sportive Port. : La Marina is an interesting sportive port, full of beautiful ships and a shopping area. It is also full of restaurants of all kind of food, and it is a charming area to have a drink in the evening. For children there is a Sea life to visit just there.
Benalmadena is on the Costa del Sol between Malaga and Marbella, 20 minutes from both and another 15 TO MALAGA AIRPORT. One hour from Gibraltar and Granada with the mountains are within two hours drive away. The elegant Yacht La Marina, a short way walking, offers a variety of restaurants, bars, SHOPPING and NIGHT LIFE well into the early hours. The famous Torrequebrada CASINO, offers stunning floor shows and entertainment for a special night out. The apartment itself is located in quite area zone just off the promenade. It is a superb location for public transport, bus stop, and also easy to find near Rotonda Los Molinillos. The PARK 'LA PALOMA' just beside, is a big beautiful and quiet park with a lake and ducks special for walks and children fun. The apartment is located facing the sea, more than 4 beaches near that have received four 'Blue Flags' not only for their quality but for the services offered to the visitors. Benalmadena Auditorium offers flamenco jazz classic concerts
