Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday bungalow in Ostuni - Casa Giuliveto
Independent house on an acre, olive trees, peace and nature
Holiday at Casa Giuliveto means relaxation in the hammock under the olive trees, sunbathing on natural stone terraces, cosy barbecues under the stars, Italian ice cream in the historic centre of Ostuni, excellent restaurants, swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea and trips to Lecce, Ottranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Materna or Alberobello, the city of Trulli. This tastefully decorated home with beautiful stone floor is on a charming, 10,000 m2 of land in a secluded, quiet area, an ideal place to unwind. The house has emerged from an ancient trullo. It is one-storey and has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a living room. There you will find a comfortable place to sleep for two more persons on the sofa bed. The kitchen was integrated into the living room during the renovation period 2005 - 2008. The plot extends over multiple terraces, bounded by stone walls. On the plot there are almond, fig, apple, pear, peach, lemon and orange trees, hazelnuts, old vineyards, capers and cacti apart from the 90 olive trees. From the house you can enjoy a very nice view over the landscape, which is dominated by olive trees, with ideal orientation for sundowners.
