Casa Olivo, our new house in a small estate, offers you a tranquil holiday far away from mass tourism. This house on one level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is very suitable for 4 persons. This well-equipped, beautifully furnished house has all that you’ll need, e.g. air conditioning in all rooms, free internet connection. Enjoy an evening barbecue and the view of the garden with an ancient olive tree or relax with a book beneath the palms beside the large pool used by only 7 houses. The pool is 8 x 14 m and 1.10 – 1.90 m deep, so it’s pleasant for swimming. The stone steps make it accessible for smaller children too. The spacious pool area includes 400 m² of sun terraces and 50 m² of shady pool house with tables, chairs and free internet connection. And it’s near to the turquoise sea and golden dunes of Es Trenc beach.

These new, beautifully furnished detached houses are in a quiet estate approx. 1.5 km outside the town of Sa Rapita. This house is one of a small group of 7 that share a spacious private pool on a separate plot next door. The pool is approx. 14 x 8 m, the pool house is 50 m² and there are about 400 m² of sun terraces with loungers. There is no charge for the two tennis courts in the estate. It’s only 3 km to the mile-long turquoise sandy beach at Sa Rapita-Es Trenc, a nature reserve of fine, sandy dunes. Son Antem golf course is 15 minutes away by car. It’s 20 minutes by car to Palma de Majorca airport. Shops and restaurants are in Sa Rapita all year round. Very good shops in Campos and Lluchmajor.
