Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. Seawall and south pool deck are damaged and closed until further notice.
Pools are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed until further notice
Beach access is only from the road on the north side of the resort
Parking garage is closed - BUT there is parking in the south lot. Parking is 1st come - 1st serve. We cant guarantee a parking spot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
BALCONY WORK at Resort starting Feb 5th, 2024 will last thru June 1st, 2024.
There may be noise & dust & will close some oceanfront balconies in the tower. Please contact us with any questions.

This is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Its all about the view. 10th floor corner unit will make you feel like you are hovering above the ocean. Recently updated !! These corner units are the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.
Oceanfront Private Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to feel like you have another room to enjoy.

Furnishings include :: Leather Sofa/Loveseat, Leather Reclining Chair, Dining Table and Chairs, dresser and chest of drawers. This room location has Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony.

You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Wonderful place to stay

View of the water amazing lovely sound from the waves very comfortable with everything you need but did get a fair amount of noise from neighbour next door and a bit in the hallway overall enjoyable stay David and Linda Thompson February 2018

A Room with an Amazing View

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The view and sound of crashing waves can’t be beat! The suite was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfy. We are beach lovers and do not use pools, hot tubs, etc. so the lack of these amenities due to hurricane damage was not an issue. The unit was quiet and no construction was taking place. We are so happy we decided to stay at this rental on our travels back north. It was a nice way to end our trip.

Great Location and View

The location and view were wonderful! The unit is exactly as pictured. It was a little dark in the area of the couch and dining table on a cloudy day and at night. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking at this time due to storm damage is in the lot next door and it is very dark. It is a long walk to the elevators from the parking lot. We did have a very enjoyable stay and I imagine it will be great once everything is repaired and up and running again. We will consider returning for another stay in the future.

Total relaxation!

Gorgeous views. Got takeout and brought to the room to eat because you couldn’t beat the view. Celebrating my husbands birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful Views and Clean Accommodations

I enjoyed renting this unit. It is tastefully decorated and very well kept and clean. The views are breathtaking. A few unavoidable things came up during my stay and Renata made sure things were taken care of and made right. I really appreciated her looking after things. The bed is comfy and so is the furniture. Kitchen is well stocked too. There is even a tea pot provided and that is not always the case. As a tea drinker, I appreciated that very much. Grocery store and drugstore are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants a short distance away too. Great place to rent!
