PROPERTY: Casa Paula was renovated and upgraded in October of 2013. The property is a two-story house, divided in two apartments: one in the first floor and the other one in the second floor. Both apartments are completely separated one from the other. The two apartments are available for rent, making this perfect for large groups. The LOFT apartment that is here presented is located in the second level of the property, completely separate and private from the rest of the other apartments with two private parkings (back to back).
The apartment in the first floor is 1400 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family that is convertible to a room, interior patio and has its own private parking (Listing 556437 www.vrbo.com).
LOCATION: Casa Paula is located in Mc Leary Street. Which is the main road of Ocean Park. The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is only 50 steps away from the house, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports. In the same street, “walking distance” are numerous restaurants, as: Kasalta Bakery (one of the most famous bakeries of PR), Mangos (restaurant during the day and in the evenings is a pub, great place for drinks), B de Burro (Mexican food), Bagua (Puertorrican food), Pizza Cone (Pizza) among others. Also in the same road you will find: surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The back street is the famous St. Loiza. You will find all kinds of restaurants, Walgreens and all types of shops. (In the attached photos you will see more in detail the location of the house and everything mentioned above.)
In other words, you won’t have a need for a car. You can bike, there are many shops near by where you can rent, (20 steps of the house)… ;) At night, Ocean Park is a neighborhood where you can walk and see a lot of people on their bikes, walking, skating and doing exercise.
By car the house is: 10min. from Old San Juan, 5min.from Isla Verde, 10min. from Piñones, 10min. from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera, 90min. from Rincón, 40min. from Fajardo and 60min. from Ponce.
BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom has a queen bed. In the second bedroom a full size bunk bed and in the living room a full size sofa bed whit A/C. The apartment has hotel quality fresh linens, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room has a closet and A/C. Comfortably accommodates 6-8 people.
BATHROOMS: One fully equipped bathrooms and an outside shower for when you come from the beach. Fresh towels as well.
Kitchen: Is completely equipped (new from November 2013). The kitchen has: 36 inches refrigerator, microwave and oven (everything is stainless steel).
BALCONY: The living area is connected with one big door that gives access to the balcony. From the balcony you can see all Mc Leary Street, is great for a BBQ, take some drinks, washing the nice view of Ocean Park or simply seat and relax.
PARKING: 2 parking, back to back.
All rooms have an air conditioner unit.
The living room has a 51 inches TV whit air conditioner.
Cable and WIFI Broadband internet is available everywhere in the house.

If the apartment is NOT rented by other guest the day before check in or the day after of check out, the lesser will have flexibility to select the time of check in and check out. If the apartment happens to be rented the schedules shall be the following: check in 4pm and check out 11am.
