My wife love this neighborhood. The beauty, wildlife and convenient location are wonderful. When our guests enjoy their visits it make us happy!
Steven Strum purchased this house in 2012
Beauty and Wildlife is why we moved here. It is convenient to many fantastics things to do and experience in Northern Arizona. The view of the 8th green of the golf course out the back is so wonderful.
Having a good cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the beautiful views from either the front or rear decks are so relaxing. Spectacular mountain views, sunrises, sunsets & a gorgeous golf course make this property unique. In the summer the afternoon rain showers are refreshing and keep the golf course green.
My family stayed at this home while visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The home was beautiful. Extremely clean and inviting. Attention to detail in everything from bedding to WI Fi, to large screen TV, even magazines. The Strum's have made a perfect vacation home. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We look forward to a return trip!
Everything about this place was absolutely great. We arrived quite late, around 11:30, which the owner, Steven, said was fine. He gave us a tour of the house and told us everything we needed to know. He reccomended some attractions and was just so nice and helpful. It is in a nice little community away from downtown which was very nice, but does mean a car is a necessity. If you have a car, it is in a nice location, about an hour away from the Grand Canyon and also an hour from Sedona. The house itself was amazing. It has a deck overlooking the golf course, a nice washer and dryer, games in the garage, and more. Everything just looked nice especially all of the furniture. Maybe the best thing was that Steven really cared if we liked his place. He texted asking how we were doing a couple of times and if we had any problems. It was Steven's kindness that was most notable.
This place was fantastic in every way and we really enjoyed it.
Very nice, excellent view, and well fashioned house. The owner was also very kind and generous.
The home was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for our group. The kids really liked the garage conversion for play space. My husband liked the porch for sitting and reading and enjoying the cooler summer temps (when you come from Texas, its great to be able to sit outside in the summer for a change).
I was concerned about the distance to the Grand Canyon, and it is about an hour drive. But it would have cost us the same or more to get a small hotel room closer, and it was so much better to have so much more space to spread out!! Having a play room and outside area for everyone to spread out after a day at the canyon was really nice. The town of Williams was also lovely. We enjoyed cinnamon rolls from the Red Garter, and loved South Rims Beer and Wine Garage (it was surprisingly family friendly)!
Overall the house was just perfect for our needs.
Me and my family Had a wonderful time. Just perfect if you are planning to Go to GrandCanyon
My husband and I stayed with our four daughters for the weekend. We had planned a birthday weekend for our daughter turning 9. The house was perfect! It provided everything we could possibly need. The area is beautiful and close to all the things we came to see: Bearizona, deer farm, and Grand Canyon. With a playground and a grocery store close by we weren't lacking anything. The owner was so friendly and super easy to work with. The kids loved the house and so did mom and dad. We would definitely like to stay again.
