Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday home in Hollywood - European Designer LA Oasis
Beautifully Maintained And Furnished Home In A Safe And Trendy La Neighborhood
My cozy Spanish home was built in 1923 and is fully renovated with 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, dining and living room, a great kitchen with breakfast bar, hardwood floors and tiles throughout (1700 sq. feet / 520 sq meters). I keep my home very clean and uncluttered. The decor is eclectic with treasures, art and furniture that I collected while traveling all over the world. Build-in speakers are in every room as well as in the garden. All you have to do is hook-up your iPod. The house is not suitable for young children. Unfortunately, I can't take bookings for children under the age of 12. However, I can make exceptions for newborns.
The spa-like garden is completely private with table tennis, sun loungers and an outside dinning area that can be heated at night. The heated cabana style patio is furnished with luxurious Restoration Hardware furniture and succulent potted plants. All areas of the house and garden are well lit during the night.
The main house and guesthouse are both fully set up with alarm systems and surveillance cameras if you choose to use them. Free Wi-Fi all around the house, 42-inch high-definition TV with 800 cable TV channels. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, state-of-the-art Viking stove with oven. There is a Nespresso machine for free cappuccino and espresso in the kitchen and the drinking water is Kangen-Ionized and filtered. Better than bottled water! Microwave, plates, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cups. Catering and cooking can be arranged for a minimum of 4 guests. The house lends itself well for entertaining and the outdoor dinning area seats 12.

Why Adriana van de Pol chose Hollywood
When I moved to LA 5 years ago, I looked at 200 homes to buy. This house is so special. The flow and layout, location and possibilities are endless.
You can enjoy total privacy or hang out together on the communal patio and sun loungers. The kitchen bar is always popular and when you feel like stretching your legs you may choose to walk the green and safe neighborhood by foot or challenge someone for a game of table tennis in the garden.
There is a lot to do only minutes away, but staying in can be just as good as going out. All I know is I love this sunny palm-tree shaded Oasis and coming from freezing Holland and England I feel blessed living here and hope to share my home and surroundings with you in the middle of Los Angeles where great thing happen!
What makes this house unique
I Live on the compound on the top floor of the large guesthouse. I am always here to help with anything you may need or questions you may have. However I can move out of the guesthouse upon your request. You can rent 1 or 2 additional bedrooms in my guesthouse. Please read about that in the description.
I can cater for groups in and out doors. I teach basic fashion jewelry classes at my loft on the top floor. I can provide massage and beauty treatments and yoga. I am a member of Soho House and can get you a table at this exclusive club. As a membership requirement, I have to be invited too:). I have had many unexpected Soho House meals with my guests and have made friends along the way.
I respect my guests and love hosting, but know when to leave you in peace to enjoy your privacy.
I speak English, Dutch, German, and kitchen French.
Guestbook comments from the owner
"Magical" is the best word to describe my stay at this amazingly beautiful Hollywood home. Adriana is such a gracious and warm person who made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. I simply adore her and can not recommend her and her home enough. It's the only place I want to stay from now on when I come to Los Angeles. :) She and the other travelers I met while spending three glorious and fun-filled weeks here will remain lifelong friends.
