Photos and Description of this 1 bedroom holiday bungalow in Lindenhurst - LongIsland Waterfront Bungalow
Adorable Waterfront Long Island Bungalow! 20ft. of Bulkhead for your Boat!
Note: I currently have tenants in this home and they may be leaving as early as the Spring of 2015 or as late as the end of 2016 (due to a contract job). Therefore, I can not guarantee any bookings just yet, but please still message me if interested at 480-356-7465.
Brand new to the VRBO/Homeaway site as of January 2014!
Mint one bedroom waterfront bungalow in Lindenhurst, on the South Shore of Western Suffolk County, Long Island.
Enjoy breathtaking views from your personal and private back deck overlooking a natural canal on the Great South Bay with a county-owned natural preserve (Indian Island) behind you! Wake up to birds chirping and sea gulls flying overhead.
Home has 20 ft. of bulkhead for your boat! Fire Island is just a short trip across the Great South Bay. For those without a boat, you can still enjoy the water as the home comes with a 2 person kayak for exploring the many canals and waterways of Lindenhurst & Copaigue.
This home is also a GREAT alternative to enjoying the beaches of Long Island without the ridiculously overpriced fees to stay on Fire Island. You can still enjoy Fire Island as it is only a 15 minute drive to the Bayshore ferry terminal and a ~25 minute drive to the Sayville terminal. Jones, Robert Moses, Cedar & Gilgo Beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.
Home is truly a unique vacation rental experience. This is the only vacation rental property in the nearby area and the ONLY waterfront vacation rental property in all of Nassau and Western Suffolk County. Home is approximately 800 square feet. Every room has been professionally painted and beautifully decorated.
- Long-term Renters Welcome
- limited accessibility

About Jamie Heinz
Hi, everyone! I purchased this home is 2010 and will be living here until early 2014. I decided to live my life a little so I will be moving to Phoenix in March 2014. I am not ready to give up this home just yet, so I decided to offer it up for a vacation rental so others can get to enjoy this home as much as I have these past few years. I promise you will very much enjoy staying at this property!
